I need help guys. In my husband remedical forms it's say that he was born in India and also when I check online it's say same. But he was born in Pakistan. What should we do

Its been long time as being silent reader on this forum. Got re medical 3rd time as I applied for my wife june 2012,got 2nd medical request on july 2013 which was valid until july 29 2014, but got 3rd medical from London, and its simple 1st marriage case and no chance of 2nd one after this process . Any thing is possible wonder get 4th Medical.
Happy for those who are getting passport requests, wishing god luck to them.

Finally got ppr stage 1 from london alhumdullilah!!
They are asking for updated police certificate from my husband and to submit photocopy of passport n pictures.
They also said visa is ready for issuance in pakistan after we review this. Yayy

update: Email also says that after sending these items visa will be issued immediately and validity will be till 2nd aug 2014 because of medical validity (my husband did remedical last yr)

Congratss!! . Very happy for you. Even i received ppr stage 1 email but they only asked me to fill and updated information form and send photocopies of the passport. No such details are mentioned regarding visa validity and all. Can you please copy paste the exact content of your email for our knowledge? Will really appreciate your help!!

at the airport..... you will have to show them your travel document like passport and your tickets...! they will issue that on the spot....!

we have the same situation last year in july we received remedical request which we did in august ant its still valid but few days ago we received another remedical request from london
the 1st remedical request u got from where islamabad or new dehli? we got it from new dehli and in the email they requested that ask panal physician to send results to new dehli we did the same way how they ask but now when we got another remedecal my husband went to iom office 1st they said u canot do another remedical as your previous one is not expire yet after that they said we send results to new dehli might be new dehli did not forward the results please find out what happend with ur 1st remedical and share with us as i have the same situation

for that u have to go to nearest police head quarter and fill out forms to get certificate in 1 week u will get it

for polio certificate you need to visit town hall lahore its on mall opositeof NCA college and polio certificate is free
