Do we have an idea of how long it takes London to send PPR after remedical?

I'm in the same boat. I applied in June 2013 and got a remedical request last month, it said you have reached the stage where the remedical is required. According to my "lawyer" that's great news and the PPR should follow if things go as normal. Not sure what it means really as the guy is not the most knowledgeable or competent individual. Are they not supposed to ask for the security clearance papers again as it expires in 6 months? Anyone have an theories or advise?

There are many theories, advise not so many. Basically, ppr predictions is like predicting the 649 lotto numbers.

You can get your ppr tommorow or you can get in a year from now.

you can find both situations on this forum.

Regarding police reports/certificates, it depends on VO. If he likes, he can ask for Repcc or he can just ignore it and go ahead with ppr.

There is no concrete answers. Only concrete questions...

kindly tell me pakistan ka process time 32 months hai if process from islamabad but agar london say hoga tu process time london ka 11 months ka hi apply hoga ya pakistan ka london ka plz tell me

Hello,
According to CIC the immigration application processing time depends upon the country of ur nationality not where the case is processing -- in our case ISBD. Only in the situation when u are in anyother country on permanent base and then file your case in that particular country , then can its timeline applies to u.

Transferring files to LVO is done to share the load ofISBD office. Its not like that now ISBD off will reduce time from 32 months to 11 months and LVO will increase its time line from 11 months to 32 months.
But fortunately one thing is sure ... The PR app time for pakistan will reduce from 32 months INSHA ALLAH.

I guess 2 years wouldn't be that bad only if they kept you updated. Its this darkness and uncertainty the kills us.

Some examples:

*Inconsistent ecas updates
*CIC call center agents failures
*No email responses
*Mp failures
*Unable to go to embassy for questions
*no timeline protocol
*no first come first serve procedure
*Visa officer inconsistency
*Incompetent high commission

Its these things that causes stress. You paid over a $1000 dollors for a service, which you don't get. That causes stress.

It seems like us Pakistanis think that rules are meant to b broken.... that's y we're always looking for ways to bend them to suit our needs.... it doesn't work that way in Canada folks.... everyone follows the same rules no ifs ands or buts.... doesn't matter if ur chacha is the PM of Canada.... ur not exempt from following the rules!..... we're always bad mouthing gorra culture but this is one very positive aspect of their culture.... that no one is exempt from the rules no matter how high up he is... even if the PM's son marries someone from Pakistan.... they will also have to go through 32 months of processing!... I really don't believe all these ppl that have posted recently that their cousin's wife's friend's chacha's neighbour's daughter applied for Canada n came here in 11 months.... ppl have a way of exaggerating things.... if u start probing them u find out the 11 months is actually 21 months! :P :P

Don' t get me wrong but u should think twice before you say so many things.
We are also living in Canada for last twenty years and have seen alot of changes and also we are changed according to the Canadaian Laws. For sure abiding laws is the best thing. But the law also states that never say something that is not true.
What I mentoined in my post that there is a husband case which is processed in 11 months recently is as true as I am writing this post now.
It does not matter how much anyone or you insist/probe me to add another 10 months to make it 21 months. In CIC there are so many out of the blues cases. Some are process in 11 months and others still in process after 44 months( the micmac case)
So plz from now on wards plz dont under estimate other forum members as a matter of maintaining their self respect and in result yours too.

Plz dont mind. Thanks.
