Following is the part of the email that they sent. They clearly mentioned they I can either Scan OR mail. I may sound silly but curious to know how everyone else is sending the required information.

Step 1: Submit the documents listed below to our office in London. (These instructions do not apply to accompanying family members who are entitled to Canadian citizenship, because they will have to travel on their Canadian passports.)
1. Clear photocopies of your passport and the passports of each accompanying family member. The passports must meet the Passport Specifications as detailed below because these are the passports you will use to travel to Canada.
2. The Updated Information Chart below, fully completed for you and each accompanying family member.
Submit these two items within 30 days of the date of this correspondence. All items for you and your accompanying family members must be submitted together in one package.
You may scan and send these items by email to LDNIMMIGRATION @ INTERNATIONAL.GC.CA OR by mail OR by courier to:

VPU Processing (LDN)
Immigration Section
Canadian High Commission
38 Grosvenor Street
London, W1K 4AA
United Kingdom

Salam, after reading all this my advice is scan and photo copy all and send it by email. I thought you were sending it to Islamabad and could not understand how you Pass Port was going to get a Visa. But follow their info. This is I believe how things are getting speeded up by processing the applications in London and good luck May Allah make it easy for you and all of us In Sha Allah...

hello forum members i am 2012 applicant i want to ask london if my file is with them please share the email address for London inquiry

From the GCMS notes received April 2014, i came to know that a re-medical request was sent to my wife in December 2013. Which my wife never received till now. I also noticed that her mailing address colony name spellings had a mistake. This spelling error was not my mistake.

I contacted my MP and posted an Inquire. My mp's sectary took my file info and never followed up with me. Even after many calls and email still no answer from her yet. However London Visa office replied to my Inquiry, They only mentioned that my wife's mailing address has been corrected and nothing else.

I am afraid that my file may get cancelled if it stays the way it is. Because They might think that the applicant did not appear for the medical deliberately.
I need advise from the respective members here on what do next.

You don't need to fill in section B or E as it doesn't apply to spousal immigration.

This form is a proof that your husband is giving access to you of his case files which are with CHC. Even though you [canandian citizen/PR] are requesting the information from CHC, your husband has to give consent to you. So only he needs to sign on section F.

yes, there has been cases that applicants missed remeds and other documents sent my the embassy.

It is recommended to provide the immigration system with an email. That way, you will get all email-automated replies.

Now, for this case you will have to send enquiry to LVO or CHC-I. What you can do is send it through email. Take a screen shot of the section where you see your re-medical shipped out to you and save it. Write a formal letter (simply explaining that you never received you remed due to address mess-up) and attach the photo to your email.

Things like this suck, since process is already long enough. This is just more time....

Do we have an idea of how long it takes London to send PPR after remedical?
