Showing his ties back home is the key. Current business, vacation approval from where he is working. In addition to this property documents and his dependents (parents financially dependent on him)

Got the following email from the London Embassy yesterday.

Dear Applicant,

We are writing with regards to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

Please be advised that this file is now ready for visa issuance. Since you appear to be resident in Pakistan, and Pakistani law does not permit the mailing of Pakistani passports from Pakistan to other countries, we will not ask you to submit your passport to our office in London. Please refer to the attached document for full instructions.

Please note that you should expect to be contacted again regarding the second stage of this visa issuance process within the next 6 weeks. Kindly do not contact the London visa office nor Islamabad within this time period.

If you have any problems opening the attachment, please contact us by return email.

when was your file transferred to London, England? The remedical request came from Islamabad or London when you had your medical in October?

i don't think you have anything to worry about unless your first wife claimed social assistance before your obligation to support her ended.

Thats not applies to me
It only applies to sponsored person

I applied for the first in 2006 and second in 2013
There is naturally a huge gape between two sponsorship

Dnt know how they will review it

yes there are plenty..with license and without license...you will have no time fitting in and networking if you speak punjabi...

is there any desi builders in canada and do they have to have licence to do building work like plumbing, carpentry, masonry and electric or is it possible to do it without licence ?

true...but in the end it comes down to respecting oneself...true love is never desperate..true love is true love..it just is and it is..
when one is desperate and doesn't respect oneself then people will take advantage of you...
i guess my point is be yourself...express yourself..if all that is real than you can expect true love..
but if ones game is just to impress and and flatter whatever perfect image of the significant other that you have in your mind..
then yea you are putting yourself up for slaughter..

WHAT DO YOU mean ppl change when they landed in canda?? this means PPL marry with canada not spouse ..but this doent happen when true love exists..

9-12 months mark is when you should send it. i sent additional docs after 11 months after first stage approval.
it saves you time by not having cic ask for additional proof.

can experience member give me details advise on this

Tommorow is may 1st in pakistan. That is considered a holiday (labour day). Checked on chc Pakistan website they don't mention any closure. Anyone have better info?
