April is almost one third done.? Only one month left for Second Medical to Expire? ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

Hi everyone. We had some ppl who had thier ecas changed to in process on march 14,2014 did they get ppr? Our ecas changed to in process since 14 march 2014 till now no news

hve u already got re-med ?? if yes, then u will get ppr soon as when ecase changes to in process within a month or so you get ppr.. just like we did..

My wife got remed in December 2013 and her ecase says "in process" since March 14...I hope she gets ppr soon

no yaar don't be so sad inshAllah things will work out be positive and have faith. I know its so hard but we really need it to get going. Think about all the times when you thought that you won't be able to make it and you did it and it turned out awesome. inshAllah everything will work out in a few months

nice to see ecas of some people are changing to '' inprocess'' but after two year only update i saw on the ecas was medical results have been recived and nothing else

Hello All,

My husband contacted his mp to make an inquiry on our file. The mp's secretary made me fill a consent form,scanned and emailed bak to her. Today my husband got a reply from mp. Below is the email :

Dear Z*****

According to CIC the file was transferred to London as part of a work share agreement. You should hear from CIC soon regarding medicals and background checks. They are currently reviewing the documents you submitted in NOV-2013.



The current processing time through CHC London is 11 months from date of receipt (24-FEB-2014) which means there should be a decision on your file by 24-JAN-2015. If you have not heard from CIC by NOV-2014 please contact me and I would be happy to follow up on your behalf; I expect you will hear from CIC before November.

I did sent voluntarily proof/docs in Nov 2013. They consisted eid pics wid in laws, chats and emails with hubby and western union slips.

Anyways so it seems that all of us have to wait 11months more irrespective when u applied...whether its nov/dec 2011 or Aug 2012 applicant.

But I wonder...as now all files r going to London...so ppl who are going to apply now..the fresh file..it will go to London office right? So they will be process in 11 months as its CHC London processing time?

My Wife's medical expired May 2013. She did not get a remedial request yet. Should she wait till she gets a request for remedial?

Yes. The majority wait until chc sends out remedical to the applicant...

my medical expired on 28 jan 2014 and my gcms notes say that medical due feb 28 2014 ...but i did not recieve any remedical request yet?

I sponsored my wife dated NOV/10/2011 .
and sponsorship was approved dated JAN/17/2012
file was transferred to Islamabad dated MARCH/06/2012.

I wouldn't suggest it as the medical centers require the letter sent from CHC to proceed with the medical request. Plus with all the files being shuffled around, your best bet is to just wait it out and let them contact you. Don't jump the guns, your time will come....
