Its been exactly 2 years today since they received the application to sponsor my husband when is this insanity going to end. Feeling extremely sad and depressed today that 2 years of our marriage have passed by and I have barley gotten to see my husband. A special duaa comes out from my heart today that me, and everyone else who is waiting for their spouse get their passport requests and visas soon! Ameen

yes same is here ...am also feeling so depressed. its almost 2 and half years of our marriage its really horrible time to spend its like a bad dream "our life just stuck in the middle nor we can move back nor forward i dont know when this horrible journey will end so sad ...

Prepare a draft with your story and email it to
The Prime Minister and Minister of immigration stating that you will not
be voting for conservative government in next election.

Send it to NDP's Leader as he is opposition leader and he will be
more interested in current goverment's governance flaws and scandals.
Also send it to Liberal Party's leader as during their tuneur the wait time
for Islamabad was 6 months only.
All it takes will one email draft and sending it multiple receipients.
Let the NDP leader know that we will vote for for them if they raise a voice for us.

I will never give vote current govt in my life if spousal sponsorship would not come down to 6 months and stay their. I doubt if the Conservative MP's will care as to what a few Pakistanis vote. Good luck with a majority conservative govt.
The Minister already has a strong bias against Pakistan and its people, from the time he was in Afghanistan.
The hatred and misinformation fed to him by the Afghans is now coming out in the open and shining bright.

People on this forum are so useless sometimes. If you have nothing nice to say, then don't say it. People are trying to make some sort of a change and there is always that one jackass saying "it won't work, it won't work"

I want to ask these jackasses what THEY have done to change anything?

People are making petitions,emailing MP's and Conservative government representatives, ,also getting in touch with Liberal candidates and advising them of the situation all the while these few jackasses are on here crying nothing will happen.

get with the movement or get out.

Also, i want to mention to my fellow bloggers that not all applicants have joined this website. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get to all pakistanis?
