oh naaaaaaaa.... its doesn't effect your processing time anyway... in fact it makes then realize that we have concerns regarding our case.. ya one thing can make it slower if you send them same proves or additional docs in multiple means...!

I send London office an email regarding my file and they replied me that my file has been moved to London office, the generic reply which they send to every body that to improve efficiency etc.
I send them an email and got reply in an hour. Before that, I filled the online form twice to know about the location of my file and they didn't reply. I suggest to ask them through the direct email address of London office instead of online form.
