I've signed the petition and only few votes. Please people join efforts and sign this - share this on twitter as well. I know for a fact that once we get media and social media attention then they won't have any choice but to cover up their negligence and incompetency.

I think you guys should read the GCMS notes email a little bit more thoroughly. It explains that they WILL NOT release ALL the information about the file. so they might be doing security checks behind our backs and we wouldn't know.

The processing of your request is now complete and I am pleased to enclose the documents requested. Certain information qualifies for exemption pursuant to section(s) 15(1) International affairs and defence of the Access to Information Act.


So EVERYTHING isn't included in our GCMS notes.

this was the first time they mentioned an exemption in the reply we recieved with our notes:Certain information qualifies for exemption pursuant to section 16(1)(c) injurious to the enforcement of any law of Canada or a province or the conduct of lawful investigations of the Access to Information Act.

all previous notes we ordered did not have any mentions like above.

I also signed the petition this one and another one earlier, CIC has rhino skin no effect they have a blanket immunity by saying wait 32 months before we can reply your case is within normal processing time which is abnormal for me when compared with India and China. We are educated professionals not four legged animals. CIC cannot fool us for long I hope they realize this sooner the better for the government before elections next yr.

This policy will hurt the conservative government in the long run they are being very biased towards Pakistan.

I agree with u signing these petitions won't wake them up only because thousands of people will not sign it because they think this is not the way things work ...I request alll the forum members to sign it for a change ..even if they think this is not gonna help us in any way ..just sign it and see if we can make any difference ..!
We r mere numbers here on this forum ..there r thousands of applicants around us who r not a part of these online things ..some do not have access to the Internet and some belong to the villages ...I have seen people like this too and I am sure u have people around you who r also waiting like u but they don't discuss it that much ...it's time to talk about this ...tell them to go sign this as well ...lets suppose it doesn't make any difference to CIC...but think about it ..We are suffering here not CIC...at least we should do OUR part and try to do our best ....at least this thing will let me sleep in peace at night that we at least brought that topic up ..the main reason of my frustration nowadays is I have a family in my neighbour who applied for thier immigration years ago and some days ago that lady told me their case got rejected ..I asked why after waiting for years ? She says her lawyer says that CHC Islamabad shifted their work load that year too and they have lost many files and that's why they have rejected many of the applicants from that year without even mentioning the reasons ..just because how can they mention they have lost the files !!..you see nowadays shifting is in process and they can do anything to ur files ...who will be responsible?? Who will be waiting and waiting ? Who ??
So lets stand united over this topic and make it happen NOW OR NEVER!

This is for u as well in fact for u especially coz ur waiting since 2011....this is for everyone here who is being a victim of CIC without any reason ...we are not fraudsters ..our marriages are januine ...we don't deserve this attitude ...they should eliminate us from those cases and treat both separately ...
