difference between immigration officer and Decision Making Officer ??

I think the decision officer is the one who going to stamp the visa.
And immgration officer is the one who is going to check our file. Just guessing not sure.

Same here. My file is being transfered to london aswell at the 24th month.

ALL files are going to London. This is after collecting dust for years. This is impractical. Be very concerned, CIC has lost thousands of applications doing this in the past resulting in absurd processing times.

i called CIC last month to inquire and was told cannot find out due to file being in islamabad. today i find out the file is in london only after i called CIC again, then emailed London, and rcvd the same generic email they send everybody as recently posted by other users on this forum

this is too much. they dont communicate. And im sorry if i expect communication because ive sent them my birth certificates, marriage license, bank information, personal information, copies of all IDs, Passports, and pretty much everything else. They have all the information, I MEAN ALL THE INFORMATION. They want to know when you started talking, how, what you talked about, where you talked. They want proofs, pictures, explanations. They want all your siblings information too and who they are married too and where they live and how many kids do they have and what they had for breakfast today.
