Yes Parri his case is simple. She went to Pakistan to get married.

USA spousal case timeline is 30 months.

protesting is a waste of time - CIC will say files were sent to london to speed things up.

many of us have been waiting for over 2 years now. hopefully london will help cut the timeline.

i hope too and as they cut the time down few months for abu debhi i think they will cut down few months for poakistan too but it will take time may be 6-12 months and by that time we will be out from this waiting game insha allah

I'm posting this again, can someone please answer. From what I've seen is that they reject TRV pretty fast, but if they're taking like 30 days and no reply, is that a good sign that they might approve it?

It might be a good sign! But they are very unpredictable!! They've rejected ppl after 2 months as well!! They rejected mine after 26 days ( online app) in Sept 2013. But I truely hope you get the visa inshaAllah!!

Noting yet for my friend's husband and file is transferred to London. She applied in June 2012
