Hmm, my notes are dated 13th february...and i got an email on 1st March from Ottawa to return original documents... now an attorney(my husband's friend, not representative) has suggested us to order notes again to know whereabouts of my file!!!

CIC is really unprofessional ..at least they should announce quarterly timeline ...plus if they r downsizing or moving or files from Islamabad they should inform us ..that's our right to know that where we stand,,,even if pay $ 5 for gcms notes its useless almost every 2nd applicant is getting same reply that nothing started.

I would advise to tell the truth and say it was nikkah. If you classify it as rukhsati then you need solid proof of AFTER your rukhsati which you probably don't have and normal dress wearing wedding wont work with embassy as they already know how extravagant our weddings are. keep record of EVERYTHING. bday gifts, call logs, emails, use viber and whatsapp since you can get a documented email of your history. I recommend making a folder and backing up data every 2 months or so. whatever YOU think is a proof is probably a proof and will make your file fat incase they object. Rest Allah knows best.

I think it is a big risk filing an application on Nikah basis when it is more likely to raise red flag and a definite call for interview which will only prolong the already lengthy process

The best thing would be to do rukhsati if possible and file the application afterwards in which case you do not have to state something with which you are not comfortable with

I like to make my attention & families attention now 80% increased to a Series running in STAR ONE or AXN Channel.
& Make Canada Case decreased to 20%. ( in order to get relief for some while & get out of depressions )
