Can you please tell who sent you the interview request London or Islamabad and where is your file located London or Islamabad?

the letter head for interview had UK address.im not sure where is the file located.

any nikah only case recently? m planing to aply in april 2014,

what did u write for reception held. and living together question-

any isues, objections u get. please advice

my nikah held with 250 ppl in hall. with all molvi and everyone.

a smal gathering held in sunset club for 30ppl. can i show that as my reception? we were in nrmal clothes, nt bridal. plz help.

I would advise to tell the truth and say it was nikkah. If you classify it as rukhsati then you need solid proof of AFTER your rukhsati which you probably don't have and normal dress wearing wedding wont work with embassy as they already know how extravagant our weddings are. keep record of EVERYTHING. bday gifts, call logs, emails, use viber and whatsapp since you can get a documented email of your history. I recommend making a folder and backing up data every 2 months or so. whatever YOU think is a proof is probably a proof and will make your file fat incase they object. Rest Allah knows best.

I wrote reception is awaiting approval of her visa because I don't want to leave my wife in pakistan after rukhsati and i told them that we are NOT living together as there is no rukhsati.

But again my file went in queue and interview was successful but that's what I wrote in my file. I just simply stated truth in everything.

Yes, it seems like something fishy is going on. We are at a stage where chc is taking months to return passport even after the decision has been made...so just imagine how long they are gona take to complete the process.

I agree with you something fishy going on there.

They made us fool for last 24 months in the name of processing and now we are again back to square one.

No one here to explain and justify this insane game of waiting. We are in deep trouble.

Any one has some legitimate news what is going on at CHC-Islamabad.

If someone has friend working in Islamabad diplomatic area can find out what is reality of about CHC-Islamabad.

Reason why even london office process application visa will be issued by CHC-Islamabad
this is again big big "BS" .

What is latest progress made by London Visa office, Any friend wants to comments? :.

thank u for ur advice. i just want to b honest, ppl teling me to show reception and tel them u lived together which never happend. my family is in canada and i have no one in pak, thats y m planing reception in canada.

yes it was and pcc+doc+remed req was from isb
and secondary office is london primary is islamabad paper file is in islamabad storage idk what they r upto plz pray for me guys

Hi COLORSFADING i hav the same timeline of medical as yours i want ot know that OUR FILES ARE ALSO MOVED TO LONDON OFFIICE?
I f moves than how they do our background/criminality checks in london it involes the agencies of pakistan how could a london office issue visa for pakistani's....as its mention in your notes that no backgroungchecks/criminality checks are started..its going to three months no signs og PPR ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ITS FRUSTRATING

All pakistani applications going to London visa office (old and new applicants)

All Afghan spouse files going to New delhi (new and old applicants)

Which by default means

CHC-islamabad shutting down....

I dont think it will be closed completely as alot of people are getting interviews conducted at chc islamabad.

May be it will be used just for interviews and visa issueing, rest of the processing might be done in london. Again just an opinion

you said secondary office is London... That means your Primary office is Islamabad and your file is still im Islamabad they just changed the secondary office which was Ottawa....! CHC Islamabad will process the remaining checks not London.... They just reduced the work load of Ottawa not Islamabad. Ya there could be one edge that they can receive more prompt response from London rather than Ottawa. GnB

The thing is what was Ottawa's job?. Many early 2012 applicants where transferred to Ottawa (I,myself included) and after a certain time around 6-8 months file was forwarded to Islamabad e-storage. They didn't issue remeds, repcc, add docs or have any correspondence with the applicant. It was just a "holding ground", when the green light came from Islamabad that specific file was forwarded. Now, if Ottawa is having trouble forwarding files and consider it a "work overload" then that visa office needs to shut down due to incompetence....

shutting down a visa office is not the solution perhaps it will increase the work load for other offices where files will be transferred. overall outcome will remain the same. In my opinion problem is on backend in Ottawa who transferred our files after a year to CHC Islamabad.
