I have seen that u guys have written in ur timeline the month at which ur file was transferred .....
So how do u ppl know this , did they send u an email or it was written in AOR...
Sorry if it sounds dumb but i really want to know this so can someone please tell me in detail.....

No question is dumb! This is what we are here for to be of assistance and to share our experiences. For me my file transfer date and location was confirmed via my notes.

Notes can be ordered after one year of application submission

Salam, They must get the new medical and then they do background check. This may go fast or slow, as they take their good old time. But maybe your husband can apply for a Tourist Visa they may or may not approve this but at least you know that you tried this option I pray all goes well In Sha Allah...

Well this is good at least they are working on your case why not try to order your GCSN Notes and see what they are doing? It may show you when they will ask for remedical it cost is $5.00 and it must be a Canadian who requests this like your sponsor...

Next step will be passport request. When did you apply? can you share your complete timeline please

Just read this post in NDVO 2013 forum ! and i m wondering pakistan is the only country who has soo many application pending (backlog) bt still they r not trying to reduce this ! NDVO have less Backlog n they r working on weekends as well to reduce the backlog !

Asim, I think it's the same reason as discussed earlier. This government has a very strong relationship with India, hence they are putting in all the effort to please the Indian population. They have no ties or obligations to Pakistan so can't care less about the timeline. This is what I feel.

July 2012: submited app to CPC-M
Oct 2012: App. got transferred to ISB
Jan 2014: Re-med letter recieved
Feb 2014: Re-med done and recieved by CPC ISB.

Similar application timeline as yours (but we submitted in March and transfer in July) remed complete first week September 2013. ECase updated few days after saying remed complete. up to now we are still waiting..

You are confused. You did your first medical when you were submitting your application. It expires after 12 months so now you got remedical request

look if you slap pakistan- it will turn the other cheek. we are only good at acting petty and clawing at ourselves. at least the indian govt has balls to fight back. look how they reacted when their diplomat was arrested. they some what 'care' about their citizens and country..

our government and citizens would rather say jazakallah, subhanallah..mashallah..allah this ...allah that..rather than deal with real issues..

I am applying for my trv to visit my husband in Canada. My spousal immigration is still under process. To show my funds in Pakistan,I am showing a joint account owned by me and my mother. This account has a handsome sum of money.

My question is : is it ok to show this account or should I show an account which is owned solely by me? The reason I want to show the joint account is cz it has a good amount of money

wht else ur showing like ur source of income,,coz other wise it show that money own by ur mother
