Hi I have few questions if you senior guys can answer.

1. Can a Canadian citizen apply for her spouse if she live with him abroad?

2. She has not worked in Canada in the past as she was student, now done with school. Can still she apply?

3. Her husband is self employed has business there would that help if she has no job?

4. If she get a job there and her income is lease than what she would make here in Canada, would that cause any problem?

5. If all the above worked and is time to apply from abroad, how she will pay the application fee from there as there is not credit card?

Thanks all for your input.

Hello Everyone, i have been a silent reader for a few months.
I applied in Nov 2013 for my husband. In the same month I got an AOR and a letter to tell me that my case had been sent to Islamabad. From reading posts on this forum i knew not to expect to hear from them again until atleast a year so I was not expecting it today when i recieved a email from CIC on Jan, 27, 2014.

Based on this letter my case has been transferred to New Dehli, and NO this is not any sort of mistake as the letter clearly states:

"This notice replaces previous communications received detailing the routing the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s).
The Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) has been forwarded to this office as part of an effort to improve service. All efforts will be made to process applications equitably, but it may be several months before your application is reviewed for further processing. Your family member(s) will be contacted by the visa office when the application is ready for processing. "

I am speechless. Does this mean my case will now be following the average case processing time for new dehli office? :o I cannot believe how fast this is happening.

Did this happen to anyone else before??
call CIC call center and tell this to agent ,,previously one member's application was also transfer to India but when he contacted CIC he got to know it was sent by mistake

I believe once baby is born, you will have to inform CIC and the baby will be added as a dependant child on the application. You may need to fill out some additional forms, but I'm sure CIC will let you know what you need to fill out exactly. I'm not sure if you need to inform them of the pregnancy before birth though. Maybe wait for someone more experienced to answer your question.
Oh and Congratulations!!! :D

Baby is Canadian Citizen

AOA
your baby is canadian by birth. you just have to applied for your baby"s canadian citizen certificate (CIT0001.E). Dont add you baby in you application as dependent,if you dont want to delay you application any more. for your baby apply everything separate.
