I am waiting since May 2013 for ppr , 8 months are completed , I don't know if remedical is expire again they will ask for another remedical , have u any knowledge ? Plz reply me , thanks in advance

well it depends when u filed ur application cuz many appicants r waiting who applied in jan 2012 n i just saw u filed ur application in april 2012 so we gotta b patient i hope they will ask all of us for ppr together ! cuz there r soo many ppl in this forum who r just waiting for ppr !

Last week I completed 2 years from the date of application. Finally decided to request notes not that I think it would make a difference. Before you guys ask, here is the timeline:

Applied: Jan 2012
File transfer: Mar 2012
Re-medical and Re-submission of forms/PCC request: Mid Aug 2013
Re-medical done: Last week Aug 2013
Re-submission of forms and 2 PCC: 9th Sep 2013
Re-submission of 1 PCC: 10th Oct 2013

I am calm enough to wait for couple of months more I guess, fingers crossed

Hello guys! Does anyone know what's the email address to schedule an appointment for the re-medical with IOM ISLAMABAD? Every time I call on the given number 051 111 466 472 it goes to the IVR machine. Which says to schedule your appointment through email.

Ignore the spaces. Others can confirm the email address.

I dont think they schedule by email, courier or postal mail. Otherwise, it would have been available on CIC website. You should try again.

Is it mandatory to apply within an year of marriage for spouse or even we can apply after 1 year of marriage?

The other question is what if the Husband (PR Holder) is not in Canada, Can he still apply for his wife and kid? Does he has to show any LICO?

You can apply at any time and there is no LICO. A PR must reside in Canada to be able to sponsor. Only Canadian citizens get an exemption.

I applied after 4 years of marriage. My spouse was a citizen since birth. So there's no time limit.
