I received called from ISB , a person asked me to submit Police Certificate in next 30 days & sent me re-medical request which i received after 24hr from received call on my email.

Asyed, u should get your Police certificate ready in next 20 days, if it is husband case !!!! as my timeline is almost same as your.

Yes you can send police certificate voluntary, so many people will suggest you not to send until ask.

Thank you for your valuable suggestion. I will ask my husband to request for his 2 police checks as one is from Karachi and the other from Lahore so it may take him some time.

In Sha Allah these voluntary submissions will get their fingers moving in CHC wherever the file may be.

I don't think they will allow u to do the remedical at the IOM office cuz they might ask to see the requesting email from CHC-ISB.... I'm not 100% sure if they will ask for it.... maybe ppl who've done their medicals from the IOM office can shed a brighter light on this....

IMO they don't always ask for a pcc so its better not to send that voluntarily n just wait for them to ask for it... u could start applying for it... cuz apparently it takes a while for them to send it to u

When we submitted medical back in Nov 2012 they never requested letter. At that time I was misinformed and had submitted husband's file in Sept 2012 with out medical and received a letter from Ottawa requesting for remedical. Thank you we will apply for pcc as that has to come from 2 different provinces in PK.

u cn do remedical voluntariy bt ill suggest u to wait for them to ask u fr tht i did my medical 2 months ago right after 22 months of my application and lucky me i got medical request right after next day of my medical ..

maybe it wasn't so lucky.... I've seen others post on here that they got their medical requests day after they decided to do it voluntarily..... that seems like a trend to me.... they must've seen that u went n did the medical n decided to send the request to cover themselves....

I agree with mrashid123 they see medical come through now they have to submit request or it may look bad on them... because they don't want us to find the proof about them being so lazy :

well i dnt agree with mrashid because person doing medical voluntary n next day he or she get a medical request from them doesnt mean tht they have seen someone who did medical n decided to send them the request to cover themselves .. because when anyone did his or her medical it takes atleast 4 days to upload on their emedical so firstly they cnt send medical req right after next day of voluntary medical..

The dilemma I am going through is getting original documents back from CIC after completion of case. I called Mississauga office and was advised to send emails to both Case Processing Office in Canada and Visa Office in Islamabad to inquire and request back original documents.

Just now I received a response from Case Processing Office that they dont keep the originals and I should be contacting the Visa Office. So, it looks like my only hope is CHC-ISB response.

What are my options if CHC-ISB comes back empty handed.

You need to email Ottawa as that is where the originals usually are. I didn't receive my documents either and I've been through remed already. So my husband emailed Ottawa with my complete details name,dob,file number etc to ask when can we expect them to return the originals back and they replied back within a day asking him to confirm his mailing address so that they can mail it to him. Let's see how long it takes him to receive them as Canada post is quite slow.

Jazak allah Syed Muhammad Asim for your information I wasn't aware it took 4 days. At this time I'm not sure what step to take. Maybe I will contact an MP which from what I understand form other member their not much assistance.

I m already living with a paki family and paying them $800 that includes
Parking internet laundry and lunch+dinner
Its near mavis rd mississauga
But now they need their room as they are not renting it anymore

My wife medical test is expiring on Feb 21, 2014. In GCMS notes show due date May 2, 2014 what this mean?

As per other people notes
I reached on the conclusion that they are extending medical for three more months
I hope and pray that ur wife get visa till may 2014 inshallah
This shows may b they speed up 2013 cases
Let hope for the best

There is a masjid in mavis and central. Usually they have advertisement for tenant requirements. If not you can try desi stores as well. They all have notice boards and most ads are for room to rent and tenant required.

No, he didn't receive any email from New Delhi.. he was told to just bring ids and forms and they will take care of his re-medical from there.

no, we didn't submitted any additional documents. They never asked for any so why bother..

He received it on Friday through email.

its been 3 yrs of my marriage and 2 for applying... nothing seems to be moving or happening... *censored word* this system and process... i am max gona wait for another 6-8 months, if i hear nothing by then, i will quietly move out of canada...

umm..I am sure your wife will be here in 4-6 months.. wives cases are supposed to be quicker than husbands..
