Oh ok cool, we'll add the days we spent together after marriage, even if it's only 5 days and also I visited her for 6 weeks between Jan 2013 and Feb 2013 so we'll definitely add that too.

and yeah she got this as an email.

and our Timeline is:

Applied July 2012
File Transferred in Sept 2012
Got remed request and this email this month Dec 2013

so yeah I'm just happy there some movement now with the case...the past year has been stressful with all this suspense lol

You can give them the date of cohabitation but wut will u provide them if they ask for photographs of rukhsati?.... since u didn't have a formal rukhsati i would say the visa officer will have reason to question it.... if u can somehow explain that rukhsati will b done once visa is granted.... i'm not sure how that will go over with them.... wut does everyone else think bout this??

I am looking to see how tcs works. My wife's case is in islamabad and i am waiting for visa to be stamped and they have my passport since june 20/2013.

I don't think finding out bout TCS is going to help in ur case... cuz more than likely ur wife's passport with visa hasn't been given to them yet.... wut do ur gcms notes say?

well, i can't even get to my notes sice my medical results was indicated and that was like 6 months ago and since then the system says " We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:
•Please be sure the information you entered is correct and then try again.
•This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not begun processing it yet. The following link may help you determine if your application is being processed:
Application Processing Times
•At this time, you may use this on-line service if you have: •sponsored a member of the family class;
•applied for permanent residence from within or outside Canada;
•applied for a permanent resident card (replacement or renewal);
•applied for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship);
•applied for Canadian citizenship for a person adopted by a Canadian citizen (on or after January 1, 1947);
•applied for a citizenship certificate (proof of Canadian citizenship);
•applied to renounce Canadian citizenship; or
•applied to resume Canadian citizenship.

i have tried with my application number, UCI number and reciept number. All the info is correct and I get nothing except the above.

CONGRATULATIONS. Today on Dec 5 your wife got email for re-medical??Could you please tell me what date of July when you applied?bcoz I also applied in July 2012, but still waiting..

yeah! she got an email asking to do re-med today, and I applied July 11, 2012

IMHO, no need to complicate matters by explaining that rukhsati will be done on visa issuance etc that is more likely to raise red flags and in actual rukhsati did take place. I would suggest explaining the actual situation that he lived with her wife for this and this period at her home as he does not have any family home there

yeah that's true, we didn't have a formal rukhsati but we did live together for 5 days before I had to leave for Canada again in Jan 2012...and we have pictures of that but I don't know if that will be sufficient...nonetheless i can tell them we lived together between Jan 2013 and Feb 2013 (and i have pictures to prove this) which should help with the cohabitation issue

Thanks... Yeah from other members who received remed, it usually comes between 2-3pm pst and ppr is typically around 10am pst.

Try to verify everything. It can just be a stupid mistake that you may be out looking. I never heard of a case where ecas just disappears. Unless, you agree to hide your information.

currently the e-case is still stays "application received" and it's been like that since September 2012, even after remed request
