As far as I know, there is no specific time as to when they return original documents. It has been sporadic, some have received long before requesting re-med, PCC or PPR and some 3-6 months after visa is stamped.

Let me try it again.

I am not sure about the date but they have been keeping original documents in Ottawa for a while now. In Ottawa they scan them and make a digital file that goes to CHC-ISB.

If your documents were kept in Ottawa, then most likely you will receive them back in Canada.

My brother applied for his wifes PR on the same date July 19th 2012. after AOR he never heard back, u already got ur PPR. good for u btw just saw ur timeline and wanted to share.

I am not sure about the date but they have been keeping original documents in Ottawa for a while now. In Ottawa they scan them and make a digital file that goes to CHC-ISB.

If your documents were kept in Ottawa, then most likely you will receive them back in Canada.
