Nope. They didn't ask for any proof and i didn't send any voluntarily. I should mention this is wife case and did full wedding (nikah + rukhsati) and sent all the proofs and pics back then in March 2012 when i first applied.

I had gotten Re-Med request via e-mail and pakistan post. Additional docs request was through pakistan post. PPR through e-mail.
