I hope the following helps:

You have to try both combinations using Application number or UCI #. Sometimes, you can access sponsor or applicant status on eCAS using either Application Number or UCI # (both of them can be found in AOR email).

Try something like this:
1) Identification Type: [Immigration File Number / Application Number]
2) Identification Number: [type the Application Number may start like F000xxx]
3) Surname/Family Name: [Last Name of Sponsor or Principal Applicant]
4) Date of birth: [DAY / MONTH / YEAR]
5) Place of Birth: [Country of Birth]

if above doesnt work, try this:

1) Identification Type: [Client ID Number / Unique Client Identifier]
2) Identification Number: [type the UCI # (Eight digit number)]
3) Surname/Family Name: [Last Name of Sponsor or Principal Applicant]
4) Date of birth: [DAY / MONTH / YEAR]
5) Place of Birth: [Country of Birth]

where is my file then? i didnt get any letter,... she is saying they process files quickly in uk? is it true?

If CHC-ISB ever sent you anything (letter or email) it would have applicant's AOR (different from sponsor's AOR). That AOR and Immigration File Number can be used interchangeably to check the status.

If you are unable to access it with any of available combinations, then you may have disabled this option by accident. In that case you should contact CIC and see if they can enable it again for you.

i havent gotten any aor frm islamabad. just got one from canada. my husband recieved that.. after that i didnt get anything from anywhere. thanx a lot for ur help!

In that case Immigration File Number can be used to check applicant's status.

Check with CIC if they can enable it for you.

acha tu phir ab case kyun nhi open ho raha eik dum say. pahlay tu isi number say open huta tha?>
