CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2012 -2013

SUBJECT: (SPOUSE CASE TRANSFERED TO CHC LONDON UK FROM CHC ISLAMABAD)

HELLO...

I RECENTLY APPLIED FOR THE SPONSORSHIP FOR MY WIFE WHO LIVES IN PAKISTAN.
I MET THE REQUIREMENTS AS A SPONSOR AND I WAS INFORMED BY CIC THAT THE FILE WAS BEING TRANSFERED TO CHC ISLAMABAD PAKISTAN, BUT FEW DAYS AGO I GOT AN EMAIL FOR CIC CANADA THAT THE FILE IS INSTEAD BEING FORWARDED TO CHC LONDON, UK OFFICE FOR OPERATIONAL REASONS AND THEY ASKED ME TO DO ALL FUTURE CORRESPONDENCE WITH LONDON OFFICE RELATING TO MY WIFE APPLICATION. THIS LOOKS WEIRD AS MY WIFE LIVES IN PAKISTAN, SO THERE SHOULDN'T BE ANY POINT TO RUN THE CASE AT CHC LONDON OFFICE.

I JUST WANNA KNOW IF SOMEBODY IS HAVING THE SAME SITUATION? PLEASE SHARE..

Hi Yousuf,

The same thing happened to my application. I got a response from CIC on the 24th of Oct that they were transferring my Spousal Sponsorship file to London. I even called CIC to find out the reason for this but they have no idea and say that only Islamabad or London office would know the reason. Can you guide me as to whether you have managed to find out the specific reason for this change and how it will affect the processing time?

I didn't get mine either. they probably stopped notes for pakistanis just like ppr's....

God I hope you are right!...This is just getting so frustrating!

I am also waiting for PPR. These bloody suckers took $75 for TRV visa ext and only gave 2 month extension to my wife. I am so angry with the Immi system. I have done everything right paid all the fees and paying taxes for the last 6 years to no avail. I have given up on the immigration system in Canada.

think abt lots of other people

u must be thankful to allah for these two months
and $75 is nothing for the happiness of two month living with ur loved ones

you are talking about ppr but i was telling gcms note receiving time, but there is no fix
time for ppr that you can have after re-medical it depend on how old your case.

but thatz ur opinion actually ppl get ppr with re-med or 10 days after re-med. it is just that they hav issued re-med to almost every one and just had a gap for like 6 months on issuing ppr( as i have observed )
