it looks they are making everything electronic
like medicals are received now in six days because the system is organized now
before they took 2 to 3 months to upload medical results
so inshallah if they are sending back our documents
it means they are making electronic files
on which inshallah inshallah inshallah they ll work fast

lol so true. the fact is when pakistani's move to canada they come to their aukat. in pakistan they dont want to do any household work, they dont want to take public transportation and they dont want to go to government schools. lol but when they come to canada they do all three without any problems..

And they ll consider all these things luxury in canada
in pakistan they usually take it for granted

Up until now I had an idea that MPs are useless, but now I am firm that they are totally full of sh*t. I went to see my MP on Wednesday and apparently today he heard back from the embassy that since my file was trasnferred September 2012 I should add 31 months to that, and that my medical is expired and background checks are going on. NO SH*T SHERLOCK I KNEW THAT TOO! Getting frusrtated but holding on th the belief and hope that there will be light at the end of the tunnel insha Allah.

The part I find interesting is that our MP always calls back within a half hour of our inquiry saying that background checks are still going on. As much as I respect their efficiency, I don't know how they ask CHC Islamabad the question at 2am Pakistan time and manage to get a reply from them too.

i have the same timeline as yours. I applied in April 2012 for my wife and file was transfferd to islamabad in july 2012
Yesterday i got my wife's orignal document like nikah nama, her birth certificate thats all. so you mentioned that you didn't receive your documents yet, i think they send you same orignals as mine. sorry don't worry about that.
Secondly, i email my MP last week and i quickly realize they are usless, they told me the same as you like your file is in islamabad and we got our documents after that from ottawa. so just don't trust what they told you.
i was just wondering if someone esle who got his documents back and after how long did they got medical aor pp request?.......I pray we all get our PP-request soon ..Inshallah

everyone is getting back their orignals
mine got three days back
applied in march 2013
and one of the member got his back who applied in june 2013
so I think they are sending back to everyone

If anyone of u call call center and ask them y they send my orignals back
may b they give a correct answer
as I work from 7 am to 6 am and have only 15 mins break time
they keep hold the line for longer
