Call the call centre and tell them what they are asking this way they can fix it from there. I have never heard this before after submitting the whole fee but nothing about CIC Islamabad surprises me.

dont worry just send them the copy of you payment and thats all they will update that in the system if you want extra!!!!!!
write a cover letter explaining that you have already paid

How does we order GCMS notes...what are they..plz let me know the procedure. I'ma Dec2011 case sponsored by my husband who is a Canadian citizen residing in Montreal. CIC received my application on Dec 21,2011.He received the Federal Approval for Sponsorship and my CSQ in February and after that no response from them.

you submitted an out-dated IMM form; it should state this as the reason for the the requst if you review the notes - if you ordere them - just standard protocol.

you should have a receipt # for the fees you paid, just supply them with that # when you re-submit the forms. the police certificate has a 1-year shelf life.

(depending on how you word your cover letter in the initial application submission you can reference a historical immigration case and file #. here you must clearly identify how your case relates to the one you metnioned - if done correctly medical is waived step 2.). thanks,

Almost 19 months in and;

Nothing has been started still. (Background, security, eligibilty)

However, file is in ISB and was updated by VO and opened all attachments (passport, educational docs)

Notes say file is in islamabad e-storage and is open.

Thats it. Still waiting. Help Allah!!

google it you will find it. your husband has to fill a couple of forms and email it to you, you will sign it and send them back than he will apply for GCMS notes, it cost 5$ i think. they will email your husband after 1 month.
