alhumdulillah i got remed requester via email to my law on 20 june when my hubby was here. now i got appointment on 3rd july..............wanna know that how am i going to get the ppr and ........ how much jewellery can i carry at the time of immigration....... also what luggage should i give my hubby while oing back s he has to leave on this sunday,,, plz give advises

I got remed request in my email from client-update-mise-a-jour @ cic.gc.ca but no Passport request or any other forms,
did you receive the email from the same email address that i have mentioned above? and did you get any other request besides the remed?

Salaam brother Yamayama and waiting eyes thank u so much for ur great advice and reply I have a q for yama brother , u said ur sis inlaw got visa can u tell me what was her timeline I knew u said Dec but which year brother I have a representative should I ask my representatives to inquire about my file or should I do it by myself? Or is not too early to inquire? Coz some ppl say is u ask theme it 'll delay ur case or is u change ur addresse it 'll delay too as u guys know I am Dec 2012 applicant and I am % 100 sure that my file is in Ottawa I called cic call center almost 2 months ago actually I called cic 2 Tim's and they said my file is in Ottawa as u said yama brother to write a applic about my address issue, is it ok to do this do know somebody to this coz indoor want theme to delay my case and I wanna thank u all so much for help.

I do not know why I didn't get passport request or re-police certificate, I have no idea if emailing them about your file will actually delay the process of your application or not, if you wana change your address then you can send Canadian High Commission in Islamabad a simple email and hope they read it and update your address, this application process is way to complicated and unpredictable, I have seen ppl who applied in november, 2011 and haven't heard anything from visa office, so it is all Wait and Watch game, god bless u

Dear forum members,

Being in this sponsership game for approx with 17 months, i noticed a few things. It really doesn't have a major impact on our files, if we send additional proofs or not. Many people will come on this forum claiming to have a story about someone whose files was perfect without any additional proofs and they got visa or someone with the opposite who will say they gave additional docs and then got correspondence. In reality, it all about destiny and luck. (What Allah has written out for us). Obviously, when we fill out our forms to the best of our capabilities. We all want our spouse to come as soon as possible so that we can start of lives. However, these visa officers do as they wish. The person who gets visa with 10 months or the person who gets in 20 months, its not that he had a better file (at times maybe he/she did), but normally the visa officer showed mercy and opened their file. For example a member waiting for correspondence since nov 2011 isn't so bad that a member in aug 2012 got re-med before. Its just the visa officer of nov 2011 cases don't care, just because we are form pakistan and they know we have the highest timeline in the WORLD. My views about the sponsership game for us pakistanis.

Bro do let me know if you get any email, and remember to check your email's junk folder regularly for any emails from CHC-I
