In IMM 0008, Question no. what is CSQ? I am the principal applicant for spouse Visa. Does it implement on me? What should be written in it in any case?

It is for those who live in Quebec, as they need to get Quebec Selection Certificate (Certificat de Sélection du Québec).

So you live in Quebec ? if not you are not concerned just say no. In any case if you live in Quebec you have to apply for CSQ once approved for stage 1.

you have to call teh Canada Revenue Agency to get an Option C letter... this is basically your tax fillings from the previous year that you filled... takes just a call and you ask for it and give your address and they mail it out in a weeks time, then you attach it...

Does anyone know what do they check in the initial assessment of a spousal sponsorship application in CPC-Mississauga before they issue an ROA to the applicant. Do they just review to make sure fees is paid, applications are signed, all sections completed and all required docs are attached or do they do some sort of verification at this end as well before the file goes to Islamabad?

They actually decide whether you are eligible to sponsor or not. There's questionaire that asks you different kinds of question where you can just check mark yes or no if you do not meet any of those questions then you aren't eligible. When they send you AOR they state that you are eligible to sponsor (your spouse name) and the file will be transferred to ISB for further actions

dear members last week i was having trouble to open my e-case entering my uci # with my information and even with my husband's file # with his information it was not showing up but today i checked my e-case with my uci # and under sponsorship application status it is showing in process although in october i received an approval email from ottawa and in november it was showing decision made and i received a letter of approval stating that my file is being sent to islamabad but now after updating their website they change it into in process but in my husbands e case its still showing application received i wonder why they changed "decision made" status into "in process" is there any member with the same issue? or did it happen to anyone e case?

This is normal, It happened to many members in many forums. Its just a technical issue, the cic tech team will fix it. No worries.
