That is incorrect, When I got my stage 1 approval, they stated to contact ISB for any furthur questions. When I did, I got a reply my file isn't in ISB. Confused, i went back to cic to find out about Ottawa. AOR said ISB in reality was CPP-O.

Where did you receive your AOR email from? OTT-Pilot or CPC-MISS?

In AOR they indicate which office to contact if there is a need (email, address and fax) so that is how you can where you file went, no matter what they say in text

This seems to be the case, my AOR was also sent from OttPilot-Immigration@cic.gc.ca and within the email it said to contact ISB.

There are some cases who got aor email from cpc-m, I wonder if they got transferred to Ottawa or ISB. Any case here on forum who got aor from cpc-m and know for sure their file is Ottawa?

check email adress from which that email came if its ottawa's email then ur file is in ottawa

i got my mail from CPCM-EXTCOM@cic.gc.ca regarding first stage clearance and they mentioned my file will be transferred to Islamabad, i want to kow how do i know my file has been transferred to ISL? ill get a mail from them?

They have stopped sending confirmation that the file has been received by ISB, mainly due to the fact that most are just sent to Ottawa. If someone can clear this CPCM-EXTCOM thing acc to their experience it would be good to know.
