Not anymore.. Even Nikkah only cases go through a hard time to get Visa. If you decided to do Nikkah in Pakistan, make sure you do all the wedding festivities to make it look like a complete wedding. Otherwise there are a few cases who are waiting for quite a long time.

after marriage i lived in USA for 2 month do i need police certificate from USA as well

No.. If you stayed in a foreign country for 6 months or more, then you need a police certificate from that country.

ALHUMDULILAH......... I'm very shocked and happy to see that CIC is moving a bit of fast now.... O My God They are working on April 2, 2012 Applications! This information is updated today. Allah Tera Lakh Lakh Shukar hai Mera Maula!
Inshallah I will be getting my approval letter within 2 weeks!

Oh wow thats a great news for everyone inshalah u will get ur approval very soon.

and i read somewhere about this ridicules waiting and regarding that we are just considering timeline of 2010 and 2011 but 2012 is very much difrent CIC is trying to clear all the spousal cases very quick no meter its from ISB or any other country in start of 2011 parents sponsorship was open but now canada almost closed all other categories of immigration temporarily till 2014 and they spose to clear cases within months and also they are solving there backlogs of 2010...

if still CIC will take 12 to 15 months time for pakistan then y CIC stopped all other categories? we should not just consider the online time they mentioned bcoz that is not updated scince 2010
Inshalah we should hope that cases of 2012 will b clear within 8 to 10 months..

Did everyone include the Part 3 Information Guides in the application package that you sent to Mississauga?

The part 3 contains a Checklist 3 forms:

1. Supplementary Information Form - Pakistan and
2. Residency questionnaire - Pakistan.
3. Authorization to Disclose Information — Pakistan

and did you include ORIGINAL educational certificates etc? I submitted attested copies... should I send Originals now with the file number for refence?
