The PCC will have to be issued from Faisalabad. She can update the address on her NIC now and when she needs a PCC she can get it form the faisalabad district. Also, she should update her address with CHC-Islamabad. For that she will need to write a letter of address change and sign it. She can send it by TCS with her info and file number on the letter. Otherwise if CHC-Islamabad will send everything on the old address if its not updated.
Hey Danny Brother, Thanks for your helpful reply... Actually she lives in a Village in Faisalabad and they have no house no# there. That's why I gave CHC- Islamabad the mailing address for the city where I was Born and raised and my uncles, aunts and Grandpa and Grandma live there.
Let's say If she does not update her address on her NIC Now and next year CHC-Islamabad asks for RE-PCC again, and we can have it issued from the same district Police Office in Rahim Yar Khan.

1. Will Canadian High Commission Islamabad Accept it or Reject it? and 1 more thing on her IMM0008 Form UNDER CONTACT INFORMATION

Current Mailing Address as KhanPur, District Rahim Yar Khan ( Same Mailing Address on her NIC CARD)

Residential Address as Faisalabad (where she is currently present)

2. Will that cause any problem for her in the Future?

I will appreciate your advise!

There are two distinctions in the addresses within Pakistan which are understood... one is a permanent address... for your case whatever you wrote in the imm0008 form (rahim yar khan/same as on her nic card)... and there is the temporary address, where the person now-a-days resides... which in your case is Faislabad...

Write them an email and simply detail them of this... that your wife's permanent address is XYZ... where as her temporary address is ABC...

I have done this for my case, and i have used her temporary address to be her mailing address as that is where she stays currently... (only difference here is that her nic card states both temp and perm addresses...)

My advise is, don't make it complicated for yourself... declare/detail them about the fact of these two addresses and where you want the correspondence from them to go to... shouldn't cause any trouble/delays/hurdles...

(dont forget to include, full names, file numbers, dob's and address in subject + body)...

mine still reads when my file originally got to the cic-miss office... it will take a wee bit of time for them to update it... wait another week or so... things are happening on the other side, just not being updated...

She is residing in Faisalabad currently, so pease Kindly tell me next time when they ask for Re PCC, Should I send them from Faisalabad or Rahim Yar Khan? I'm really confused :-\

basically the pcc should be issued from the city where she is actually living at (if where she is now is only a temporary stay of say under +/- 6 months then its not temporary address its more of a visiting address) get the police clearance for where she is staying... you did say she is in faislabad, so get it done from there, given she has been staying there for a while + hopefully her first one was from there too...

if all of a sudden your wife decided to switch back from temporary residence to perm residence for the remaining duration of your file processing, only update chc-isl about it then... or vice versa... but if its a temp visit and as long as say if chc-isl send a letter to the other residence but it can be brought to your/spouse's attention quickly, then leave it be....

for pcc you should really maintain that district... i would recommend of not moving around between addresses back and forth (visits is ok)... if the first pcc is from faislabad, do the next one from there (and advise your wife to be there)...

my wife's family was thinking of going back to the perm residence from their temp residence, but i told them to stay put at least for the duration of this process to reduce confusions and mix ups...

that was for upto now, next they will ask u from time of application to file opening time (or when and if u get that letter) its better to update them voluntarily
From "application" to "opening of file", in your personal opinion, what additional proof should be sent. For example: Phone history or emails? or like visits to spouse's country?. If so, where do we send the additional proofs? (address?)

from the application submission time (the last date for any sort of proofs {email/photos/chats/call logs, etc}) to the date of your file being opened for initial view (about 9-12 months avg as it is now a days) you should pick a time frame that's just short of that initial review of your file... so say you sent in your file to cic-miss in MAR '12 and your file got transferred in June '12... it will be most likely opened for review in Mar/Apr '13, so you want to voluntarily send them additional proof to show that your marriage is still on going and genuine... hence sometime in January you should collect all the additional proof from MAR '12 - JAN '13 along with a voluntarily RE-PCC and all the applicant's forums to be updated minus the questionnaire (that should remain same as it was about how you initially met and got married) along with a cover letter that again describes your on going relationship.

so to sum it up....

send...

- cover letter entailing and detailing your on going relationship and what you are updating them with and the fact that you are sending this stuff voluntarily so that this helps expediting your case and saves some time (in a NICE tone).
= also you could write in cover letter that for eg. wife will remain housewife... etc...
- APPLICANT's forms ONLY + supplementary forms (send these even if nothing really got updated + they are mainly looking here for if any international travel occurred or not, if your spouse changed works, education, basically their history to be updated for the time in between...
- relationship proofs... this is photos, emails, chats, call logs, social media transactions, banking/financial, etc... from the day you sent your application package to the current date...
- updated police clearance certificate...
- any thing case specific that may help your case
* you cannot do remed voluntarily, only if and when requested by them (as they send you a form for it)...

if you are lucky and covered all your bases (sent all and complete info), they could

1. ask you again for additional info as they see fit --> very low chances but you never know
1a. put you in interview queue --> this will only happen if they suspect your marriage is not genuine or the background checks don't look clean... the case is likely to go the full distance 26 months...
2. send you a remed --> only if they open your file after 15 months of your original medical date
3. send you a ppr --> what should happen if you sent everything and correctly
4. send you a remed + ppr --> not a bad scenario either...

not trying to scare you... just putting things in perspective here :) hope it helped...

someone mentioned that they are opening DEC 11 cases already- so shouldnt we send the additional proofs in Dec 12 instead of March/April 13?

I am also doubtful of the 9-month mark.
If Dec2011 applications are being opened already, thats 6-7 months after the application reached CIC-I.
In that case, Dec2012 looks like a reasonable time to send in the additional docs for me (my application was transferred over to CIC-I in June 2012).

yes they are, that is only 1 case so far... how they open cases is unknown to us, we can only speculate, all the information we users have is basically history based as per how other user's files were handled... time frames change back and forth... for eg. right now it seems on avg files are being touched after 9-12 months time in queue at isl... however thats on avg... some of the 2011 ppl are getting their files done a bit quicker and then look at the 2010 ppl, painful... however these are just educated guesses from us... nothing here is promised... key is to finding that time frame where you feel you can sneak in your additional info just a month before they touch your file... if you send it too early, they probably will ask you to send it again, or if a little late, then well they still get it... but the best time is to get it just a month or two before they open your file for initial review so the additional info is in there as well...

mine was at the start of june... so here is what i am planning on doing... visiting wife in dec... getting her re-pcc done and in our hands in mid dec (so we start the request for it in nov) i will already compile all and everything i want sent to them just before my visit and take it all along with me... and then send it all to them from Pakistan in Dec/early Jan... i might change it all to Nov/early Dec all depending on how the next two months show up in accordance to ppl's files being handled and where they are...

so the onus is on YOU... we are just making educated guesses/hints, nothing is PROMISED as all cases are individual (especially for timelines)...
