Dear All;

First I would like to inform you that All Mighty GOD gave us a baby girl; which is priceless gift in this world.She is along with her mother at Canada.

Secondly I would like to ask that how I will inform the immigration office as I don't know where is my file laying in Islamabad or Ottawa office.As I got approval letter from CIC-M on 4th July,2012 that my file has been approved and transfered to CIC-Islamabad.But most members on this forum are telling that applicants who applied in May,2012 and onwards files are in Ottawa pilot project office.I am confused now that which office I have to inform this proof of genuine relationship???Kindly advise me that what I have to do?

what does ur online status show . just call cic call center and ask them to guide you .
or call isl and ask them..
and if ur citizen u just need to apply for her passport

Do call cic call centre to inform them about the baby girl so they assist u on dependent forms + ask them about ur files whereabouts... getting through may be hectic... good luck...

Simple, CIC will ask you to fill extra forms for child. CIC can email you those forms when contacted.

Am posting here after a long time since my sponsor got approval letter I was just reading this form regularly I saw many new comers here 1st of all BEST OF LUCK FOR EVERY ONE

I received a 3 page letter today from CHC ISB

“ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT OF APPLICATION”

But in this letter they asked me to send some other information and proves that I still have contact with my wife... More over they asked me to do Re police Certificate (As my previous certificate's validity is already over) and also they mentioned that if they need may b they will ask me to do re medical (As medical validity is also over but yet they didn't asked me).. and they clearly mentioned that my file is in Islamabad and they gave me a num of Islamabad file and address for correspondence.... Am lil confused is this Acknowledgement letter or it's a Doc Request? Is this stage 2?

If any one have same situation just share ur experience Thanks in advance..

First of all Congratulation upon getting ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT OF APPLICATION. It is been only 2 months that your file transferred to Islamabad and they already reviewed your file. This is awesome and you are very lucky my friend. Yes brother, it is stage 2 they ask these documents to everyone so please send the required documents which they asked you within 45 days and Inshallah with in a month or so you will have Re- Medical request, if your medical validity is over by that time. It looks like you will be done by December or January next year.
