Has your first medical expired yet? If its not, I would think they will have to send you PPR before that expires.

AOA,
GCMC notes says Second medical Exempt, how much after this should be in order to get the ppr? Any Idea.

Just got my notes. They (extended) the medical expiry date by 3 months and is now expiring in Feb 2014. transferred to isb storage in Aug..

It's pretty easy now. go to this link:
https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/

And follow the instructions. For attachments, just upload the consent form and your driver's licence. Rest of the info is about your address, UCI, file number etc..

They haven't returned your wife's passport yeah? When did she do the re-medical?

She did her remedical on Nov 28, 2013 but they haven't returned the Passport back yet n we also tried asking IOM to give us a screenshot of our file but even they haven't responded yet
