guys i need to ask can i submit the complete parcel by hand to CHC-I someone suggests me to do so as it will be fast but i dont think its possible


2nd Question

they ask me to re submit medical, pcc, forms and 3 question regarding our case i want to ask should i send voluntary our whatsapp conversation, viber history, etc or there is no need as they havent ask about genuineness of our relationship?

I do not think they accept documents/parcel by hand but others can confirm it

Regarding proof of relationship, I am not sure what 3 questions they asked but if they did not ask you to provide additional documents as proof of genuineness of your relationship then i dont think its a good idea to send. Just my opinion though, other experienced members may guide better.

I have the exact same timeline as yours.

After calling the 1800 number, did you manage to get the sponsor approval letter?

For me, they mention on ecase that they sent a letter to me regarding the decision for sponsorship approval on Nov 19th and I still haven't received anything vial email or post.

If one needs to call them for this letter, maybe I should resort to do the same.

Hello Everyone:

I sent my Application to Mississauga Case Processing centre on Oct 27th, 2013 and there received the application on Oct. 29th, 2013.
On Nov 12 i received an Email from CIC, That they received my Application on Oct 29, 2013 and they also allotted UNI # and file # which was mentioned in the email.

On November 15, 2013 when I checked eCAS online, it says

Sponsorship Application Status : Decision Made
(1. We received your application to sponsor xxxxxx xxxxx on October 29, 2013.

2. We sent you a letter on November 14, 2013 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.)

Permanent Residence Application Status : Application Received
(1. We received xxxxxx xxxxx application for permanent residence on October 29, 2013.

2. Medical results have been received.)

Now My question is, CIC sent a letter on Nov 14, 2013.... until now (Nov 28, 2013) I haven't received the letter...

How many days it take for the letter to be delivered???

What if I contact CIC to ask about the letter, what is the best way to contact them, Through phone or through email (also please share the contact number and email if you know about it.)

Please share your experience in this regard.

You may call the number 1-888-242-2100 and ask about the letter, what they told me, the letter is ready and he is not sure why the letter still not dispatched, he set a reminder for cic to dispatch the letter, however, he confirmed me that i am approved as a sponsor. He also said that if i dont receive the letter in the next 15 days call back again to ask about the letter

idk y u guys are stressing over the letter. i also had that consider delays in mail before contacting us but I got the email and its been one year, didn't get the letter. i think there are more things to stress abt in the process .. the email is ur confirmation. ur UCI, ur file # is enough to tell that u have been approved

Well, i need the letter to apply for my wife's TRV... And through a reliable source i got to know that TRV is being approved these days... So yes the letter is important for me

I think it depends on how the application is completed and presented to CIC.
Makes a ton of a difference (in my opinion).

Our people are not good at form fillings, just go visit the pak consulate see how people show up for consular services un-prepared.
Then they take it out on the staff. There is hardly any awareness in our qaum yet, will take another 100 yrs.

if you haven't receive it, check ur junk email from nov 14/15. looks like they have ur email address so probably you will get it in email. thats where i found mine

Try to read my post and atleast try to understand that i have received an email confirming that the have received my application package on oct 29, but the email does not say that i have been approved as sponsor... So i need a written confirmation to attach with trv application
