1) when a re-med or ppr comes,will my lawyer receive the email or i will get it here in pak..
2) my application was filed in feb 2012 but ecas says received in april..so when should i start counting?

Ever thought about people who did not provide their email address with their applications. CHC will have to communicate through either regular mail or courier.

There is no use of looking at TRACKING NUMBERS because

CHC is sending all requests thru E-- MAIL

TRACKING NUMBER only Matters if your getting your Passport back with Visa

do i have to send them my bachelors degree ? when i filed the case it was not completed but now it is? and i am free from a year at home is it ok? what can i tell what i was doing in this year?

You better tell them anticipated date of Rukhsati ( atleast month and year).
Any thing changes between the initial submission of docs and todays date is ok to be reported and that is what they want to see.any changes in Family, Job or anyother.
It is OK to be AT Home if you are sponsored, even as a sponsor.

i can help with the second one.
you should start counting from when you got approved/ file got transferred to Islamabad. because the first step is to figure out if the sponsor is eligible .. which doesn't really impact the principal applicant. but the second step is to figure out if the principal applicant is clean enough to become a Canadian PR.

Hey citrusslice, I'm also a nikkah case. I was wondering if you could tell me if you sent any additional documents to ISB or Ottawa? Are you planning on sticking with nikkah till you get the visa?

You better tell them anticipated date of Rukhsati ( atleast month and year) otherwise your case can be put in interview queue
