Yes they do ask updated forms pcc if it is expired, I sent new pcc along with updated forms and re-visit pictures and chlild birth proof (copy CanPP)
on Oct 1 (Voluntarily) and received re medical request today via email.

Hi guys, today my wife recived the PCC request as well via email! Yesterday she got her remeds! Along with the pcc request they asked for updated forms that she had already filled out intially. Is this part of the procedure- did everyone else also have to do this?

Timeline:
Application sent to Mississauga: March 2012
Application transfered to Ottawa Pilot Project: June 2012
Application transfered to Isloo: June 2013
Remeds: Nov 13 2013
PCC: Nov 14 2013

hi dear forum members i have a questions to those who ordered gcms notes and received thier notes.
actually i ordered gcms notes as physical file and today i received a cd from ottawa having 188 pages all these pages are the scaned copies of my forms and documents nothing else.
i want to know that why didn't they send me any work on my file information like when my file transferred to islamabad and security checks and the expected due dates as the other forum members received this kind of information on their notes plz help me thanks
