Salam to Everyone;

I have filled my case in May,2012 that time my temporary address was in Islamabad as I was doing job there.Afterwards I hv changed my job and now I m in Lahore frm last 8 months bt didn't inform CHC. Now please let me know that is it necessary to inform CHC for the change of my temporary address??? as my permanent address and mailing address is same where my parents are residing.
If I hv to inform regarding change of my job and temporary address then how I should inform CHC office either by email, Fax or regular mail;

In my case,my lawyer adviced me to keep chc updated on everything because theres no hiding from them..if they find out n u hadnt informed them before-hand...they might raise a suspicion flag on this

I have a question, my lawyer sent in an updated proof of contact and visit last month to Islamabad. I called the call centre to find out where my file was and the girl told me that as of April 2013 it was transferred to Islamabad (originally transferred to Ottawa in September 2012). Now my package has been sent to Islamabad, and I am not sure if I should send one to Ottawa as well? My lawyer's secretary apparently emailed Islamabad to confirm the receipt of the package but hasn't heard anything in over a month. Can I email Islamabad to find out if they have received it or not since I have a lawyer? Any replies will be appreciated.

They transfared my files to islamabad on may 17, 2013.

Ohhh i understand your question now. so u are the sponsor sponsoring ur wife? yes it is normal, my sponsorship status also changed from application received to decision made exactly 2 days after the sponsorship approval and the permanent resident status has not changed yet and it is still "application received"

u can email/ mail to islamabad/ottawa
it doesn't matter that u contact them or ur lawyer

Is it a husbnd case?
Dnt u have any tracking number for ur package?
If it is delivered to them then dnt worry it is added to ur file

I sent all the additional proofs by TCS to Islamabad
I sent all Original Copies.

Some people told me to email it to Ottawa, but on AOR letter it stated that I should send any additional proofs to Islamabad. Thats what I did.

Congrats on PPR.

Did you send additional proof as email or physically mailed? If mailed, did you send originals or copies? Where did you send it to, ISB or OTT?

I believe they have put you in interview queue. Send them many additional proofs to prove to the VO that your marriage is genuine. Right now, they are thinking otherwise. Allah will help you InshAllah. Best of luck.

Interview warranted; place file in INT group and in applicant's eligibility assessment it says recommend interview. Please help guys to make this clear for me. Thanks

If your lawyer "sec" did really email, then they will reply eventually. At time they take over 2 to 3 months to get back.

Its been exactly 20 months now and no reply... Tried everything but no luck :'(.... we applied in 29 Nov 2011 and I see lots of applicants who applied after us getting their visas ... this is so unfair seriously although my husband visits often but still it seems more like a vacation than a proper married life ...
