u have to call on immigration medical centre toll free num that is 051111466472 and sent them ur email, they will giv u appointment, u can go and all test will be performed n every thing will be done by thm on iom centres , they will send them online, ,,, approx 5 hurs procesd, but worth it, that is it , btw gave me 60 days not 30 to do it

she had already done with her medical last week

My wife's re-med done on May 23rd 2013 and reports were sent to CIC by month end. still waiting for the next step. We applied in April 2012 and file got transferred on July 11 2012.

I went for re medical last week and today I got this from dehli office. I called islamabad IOM center and they told me that they uploaded my medical today

oh ok i din't know it, now i think they hav send ur results , is must not mess further.

That's not bad Optimisitic, cause our file was received at Mississauga in the middle of March, 2012, and was transferred to Islamabad on the 25th of July, 2013; but we haven't heard a lick of gossip since then, not even a re-med request.

So it seems, Alhamdulillah, that your file is progressing relatively smoothly.

My cousin is going to sponsor her husband from Afghanistan, she has few questions. First in Afghanistan we don't have proper address which address she should give to CIC? Second she was asking whether we can choose which office to process her application. She is thinking to choose India but for Afghan they have to send applications to Islamabad. If you could please guide us what we should do that will be great.

You have to send original docs as asked in the guide, you will find loads of people insisting you do not need to send originals. But do yourself a favor and send originals as asked.

try to find an address in Kabul special MAKROYAN area where it has Block Number and Apartment number and it is pretty easy for postman to find and deliver any mail from CHC islamabad and be sure to send them the correct email address so they can contact you via email as well, no if she lives in Kabul then MISSISSAUGA office will automatically choose Islamabad as processing office unless she is living in India and have been living for the past one year or more and have valid one year or more visa of india, and you have to include the proof of residency of india for her in the application!
