Hello, i wntd to send add documentz voluntarily, as i fild my cse in aug 2012 nd gt approval in oct,.i hv maild cic that whre my file is, gt no reply uptil nw.i cald chc, thy said dat ur file ws transfrd to isl on 23 appril. nw i wil snd my doc soon to isl, shud i also scan doc nd send it to ottawa too? Hs nyone send add docs similar to my timelne nd on wt addres? !

one of my friend's husband received a email from chc and it has a file number starting with B. they had already received a file number starting with F before. She applied in July 2012.. does it mean anything? are they working on their case.. :

If your file is transferred to ISL then just send the voluntary documents there, no need to send to ottawa. Good Luck!

Sis first of all email to both visa offices Islamabad and Ottawa about your File Status and send email from your Gmail Account.

I am 99.9% sure they will reply on your email and then send voluntarily documents to confirm visa office.

no need to send documents to islamabad if file is in ottawa i did already then send email to ottawa they reply that dont send it to islamabad they will send back to ottawa so i did scan all documaents and send it . I do have same time line as yours.

I inquired IOM and got to know that since a month or so NOW they don't courier the Medical Results specially if you have received the ReMEd Request through Email. They will just scan all reports and upload which will be available for CHC to view in 2 days.

Im sponsoring my wife , File was approved in July 2012 and trans to Islamabad in Aug 2012, but I have NOT heard nothing since then! I have emailed the Ottawa pilot office twice now to inquire if her file is in Ottawa or Islamabad bcs of others experience but have yet to hear back from them!I see some who have the same timeline as me have heard back, should I be worried? Also on chc website all its says is that he file was received with her medicals but does not state that its in "Process"... Pls brothers and sisters any advice will be gratefully appreciated!
