Haven't been on the forum for long. Just an update, my husband had contacted his MP and we were told by him that our file has not even been touched yet. He said when they receive our files they just put them in a Que and after several months they open to see if any documents are missing or in complete and send docs request if needed and if everything is complete they go bk in the Que. He said only very few people get visas in 9 months or so and that only to meet the numbers for e.g 20% got done in 12 months. He told us that we will have to wait at least 8 months more. So yea, I am a JAN 2012 transfer so just wanted to give heads up to everyone to not expect something like crazy, try to stay busy...I went super crazy waiting all this time but since the mps update we are just moving to the US temporarily until we get passport request or something. Meet your spouses, make trips if possible, this waiting game is pretty unpredictable. Good Luck everyone.
