CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2012 -2013

Can someone please help?

I got the following email from chc twice. Once i got in dec 2013 and second time this month november 2014. Both times they are requesting same info. Does it mean that they are not satisfied with the application forms and info i am providing them. Here is e email.

"- A. Please properly and truthfully complete the IMM8, Schedule-A and IMM5406, and Supplementary Information forms. Please ensure that you do not leave any time periods unaccounted for. Pay particular attention to questions 08-12 of the Schedule-A form and provide all details since the age of 18 years. Please do not leave any question unanswered/blank. If any question is not applicable to you, quote “Not Applicable.

- B. Proof of your sponsor's income and adequate financial arrangements by your sponsor for your care and support in Canada.



- C. Documentary proof of your sponsor's residency in Canada, including but not necessarily limited to, copies of your sponsor's passport pages showing entry/exit stamps, rent receipts, utility bills and Notice of Assessments from your sponsor for the last two years."

Please advise why they are asking for same info twice with one year gap. Also i am wife who is sponsoring her husband and i have mostly resided in pakistan eith him so what proof can i show for points b and c. I dont have income.

Please submit any of the following

rent letter
Mortgage
job letter
returning to school or in school

Anything to show that you are going to return to Canada with your spouse after he receives his visa.

Anymore questions please inbox me as I'm going though a similar situation.

I am confused about how much evidences should we send when they reqest evidences for the relationship .
Anyone please guide me that how much evidences are sufficent.?

Put yourself in your VO's place and then review your application with his mind, you will get the answer.
The evidences must be Specific, Complete, Self Spoken, Precised, Communicating, Clear, Concise and Correct. Do not gather irrelevant proofs just for the sake of profs but for the sake of your case processing. If you are requested to send proofs your application already has loopholes and red flags into that; work on them. This time be very much careful and attentive. Try adding pics, events, receipts, bank accounts. joint bank account letter (If you do not have, have one), phone calls records, emails, letters, messages(whatsapp, FB, Viber etc), chats.
All above must SHOW the clear dates on the headers, if you have pics of both of you with some friends and family; do add them and write the names and relationship to those people and their contact numbers at back of the snaps.

i applied for my wife in may 2013.... I got a letter with in one month that my file was transferred to isb... In july 2014 again i got a letter that file was transferred to london uk. So far no more updates..
Is any onehere who had the same thing and if someone one got medical request erc??

Your application must be part of that lot. You should send an email to your VO

Take this as a warning, it is the RULE that sponsor will stay in CA after sponsoring the spouse until the case is finalized, you may visit your spouse and go out side CA for few WEEKS, not months. You stated that you are living with your husband mostly that was an alarming point for CIC, as it has put them in doubt that You guys will remain in your home country after getting the PR. Your proofs of income, receipts, tax returns, PP entry and exit has shown then clearly whether it is your intention or not, but it has put an impression of not leaving your country after getting PR.
Go back and start living there and gather sufficient proofs to satisfy your VO about your intentions of living in CA, wish you good luck

You get nothing like that, all you get is either passport or call by tcs office to collect passport from their office

How come? some forum members have shared their tcs tracking number upon their passport return from chc

No there was no palce to sign on the return address slip.

I sent mine on the 26 OCT, still waiting..

Hey Mrslodhi,

It had only address spot for the return address.

My husband lives in Afghanistan so there was another section to have his Passport returned to a Pakistan address. So he needed to give authorization for someone who lives in Pakistan to receive his Passport back (that section had the name and signature space). Hope this helps

use ur laptop or desktop computer, it will open. Ipad or anyother device like dat, cant open this form.

I can't open the first form ..... What to do ???

there are two possible solutions :

1. do not open them in browser , it will only show "please wait..." and nothing will happen, so solutions is download it by doing right click on the link and selecting "save link (target) as .." and then press enter or click save

2. the adobe version you are using in your computer is not updated, download or update it and your problem will be solved.

Do i need to personally receive my pp if im out for shopping or somewhere else can my mother receive my pp at my home?
