Actually some people say as a pr the sponsor should reside in canada while the case is in process

you don't worry I also sponsored my husband and I have a PR recently I visited my husband .its true a Sponsor can't live outside Canada for long time like 6 months..

chc-isb asked me some papers in Jan. 2014 and I submit them in Feb. 2014 with in the time but they didn't transfer those papers to London when they were moving files. now I received refusal letter that because I didn't submit those papers to them so they refuse my case and now I go and appeal. anyone went thru from this situation, little help need here.. Jazak Allah o Khair

Hey sorry to hear that ..I also got a request for additional forms and etc from Islamabad in Feb and I sent allll of those things to them right away ..but when I got my notes in May..I found out that the things I sent them were not attached in the attachments ..I didn't wait for LVO to ask me about that..I right away sent all the copies and that TCS receipt with a tracking number on it through which I sent those documents to Islamabad..I told them that Islamabad didn't attach these things to the file when they transferred my file that's why I sent this ..it saved my time and now I got a remedical request and there's no issue like This..
U should also send the copies of those documents with a proof(anything TCS or DHL receipt)...they will understand ur scenario ..hope everything will be alright IA

N my status was in process before as well but in description it is now written after medical that we have started processing ur case

Applied July 2012
Remedical Dec 2013
File Transferred to London Feb 2014
PPR1 & PPR2 on August 20th, 2014
Online status changed to Decision Made on Sept 2nd, 2014
PP delivered to embassy on 5th Sept, 2014
PP back with visa, 25th September, 2014

Congrats... My timeline is exactly same as urs.. Could u plz tell me that what is ur ecas when u received ur passport back with visa??? I haven't received my passport yet.. I too sent my passport at 5 sept... And plz tell me where do you live in pak??

I live in Karachi. My ecase status is still Decision Made. I sent my passport on 3rd Sept by tcs which was received by Ahmad at Canadian Embessy on 5th September. Inshallah you will get passport in a day or two. What is your case status.
