Hi. I applied in Feb. 2013 as well. But since we had incomplete application that further delayed our step 1 approval for 4 months. We got approved in July. And along with AOR they returned my original documents as well at my husband's address in Canada. My question is how did u figure out the month in which ur file got transfered to London. Since I can't seem to figure out mine. We just got an email from Islamabad as an answer to our enquiry as to the whereabouts of our file. Islamabad confirmed it's in London after few days we got email from London that file is with them and waiting to be reviewed by visa officer. Just wondering when did my file get transfered. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Order notes and you will find the exact date of transfer. Also you can ask through your MP but they usually are not right!

Salam, I would like to know how all of you would feel receiving a letter like this:

They requested my husbands Pass Port which they have had since July 07/14. They said all is ready to issue Visa.

Then Thursday after finding a site through their network for personal inquiry on our case we received a letter that it appears that it will take another few months to finish our case.

I hate the darn Canadian System.
They have lied so many times I cannot take it any longer. After receiving GCSM notes last year I sent a letter stating they had not started the Back Ground Check. They replied the next day saying June 24/13 that yes they had.
Then when my husband had his Interview July 07/14 the Visa Officer was shocked to see that it had not been started at all. He then said it could take 2 weeks or 2 months and we would be able to leave Pakistan before my Visa for here Expired which is Sept 09/14.

Please I need feed back in what to do. They have lied to us so many times its unbelievable ... Please help??

Let me ask you few things
Is it your and/or husband,s first marriage ?
Your husband has clear police record ?
Did your husband reside in any other country before marriage?

If any of these answer is YES then this kind of delay is normal for CHC. Micmac please do not take it wrong or something like that. These are very major points which CIC looks over very clearly. This is just my opinion. Otherwise if you need any kind of help you are most welcome anytime. MAY ALLAH take you out from this pain as soon as possible. INSHALLAH

Can you list them, please.

That will tell what they did not accept and result in rejection.

They are basically total insane.

They do not care about family and family life.

They want to follow their steps to issue PPR request letter having passport in some other department holding.

i recevied remed + additional documents request in june which they received on 19 july 2014 ..since then no update abt my file ... they didnt ask for re pcc to me
should i wait a month more or apply for notes?
