You can approach Canada courts against CIC immigration. However, you would need constant cash flow and time. CIC is a government institution, that means basically you are taking Canada to court. It will be difficult to prove that they are "purposely" (even though they may be) delaying Pakistani cases. It's tough....

do any any body know can we approach canada courts for our unnecessary delay in cases if so can you give me some information about lawyers.i want to proceed it i love my family

i have my first new born baby today , what documents these cic duffer peoples want to proceed new born for immigration , i am missing my family with tears tears tears and tears we cant do nothing , i am really double minded now what i do, i do a good job i my trade here and its aerospace and defence company i dont want to leave my job but i miss my family too much.

If either parent is a Canadian citizen then you don't need to add your kid to the sponsorship application as he/she is already a Canadian.

hey guys...my E-cas changed to "in process" last week and my re-med is expiring in dec 2014...wat would be the next step and would it be before my re-med expires??

Guys i have travelled to different countries in the last 10 years ...with hubby and before marriage with family.
I have a question in my mind...whenever i will get the remedical so chc will take the longer time for crimnality check as cz of my frequent travelling?
Because after medical next step is the crimality check and then they will send the ppr.

You can apply for Writ Of Mandamus if its pass the amounted time they say....

I m not sure if embassy is still working

Hi Buddy,my cousin n his friend received a visa 3 days agoso am sure embassy is still working in isl.
According to my personal information only 2 ppls are working in embassy instead of 15.

Do the medicals as soon as you receive the notification for remedical.
Enjoy ur time in Pak as you will miss it dearly when living in Canada.

My Medicals are expired since April of 2014. I have already set an appointment for my spouse on 26 Sep, 2014. I am doing medical voluntarily. So they don't delay me any further asking for it.
I am just curious if this helps my case in anyway? or I am just wasting my money or time??? Thanks

Medical will show on your e-case in 2 to 3 weeks.

Dear this is wastage of money. Second when u will go for medical they will ask the letter which chc usually send k for remedical.
Do the case specific inquiry n inform them about ur medical expiry.
