My ecase changed into "In Process" and it says "we started processing your file on July 24th 2014" When will i get ppr as my wife already had her medical done in April 2014.

Site is working, problem exists between chair and keyboard. You can go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/my_application/status.asp and follow the process there.

Means, they haven't updated anything on your ecas. Some VO don't use ecas for updates.
