Agree. u are absolutely right...2013 @applicants have patients and pray 2012 done fastly...then ur turn will come.

You should try to understand why 2013 are baychaan because 2013 are getting positives responses like remed ppr and etc from cic faster than the remaining 2011-2012 cases. A Lot of 2012 applicants have done with visas and the leftover for sure they are under doubts or deeply versification whatever the word you can use to understand their delay. Its also possibility that during transfer some documents have misplace which is normal and i know the files are transferring electronically but still for electronically transfer they need to scan and when scanning 100 of files with 100 of pages its nothing surprise that some documents can be misplace. Look at the both sides of the picture and hopefully you will understand why 2013 are in hurry as their files transferred directly to LONDON instead from ISBD to LONDON. They clear the files in order and put them for further looks which are a bit out of track. GOOD day

Unfortunately, the CHC section where immigration for spousal takes place in out of bounds. You are only allowed in if you have a scheduled interview. If your lucky, they may answer your question, but making you stand in the sun in front of the gate for approx 60 mins. Whereby, the gate-keeper will come out and say your file is still in process and there is no correspondence or information needed from you. Then he will ask you to leave and no more questions asked.

If you want to hand over extra documents, the best option is via TCS and get it signed from the recipient. This way, you have proof of sending the documents and proof that they have been received.

Thanks for the reply. I always use TCS to send them docs. A guy named "DANISH" always receives my docs at CHC-Isbd but they have bluntly refused 2 times that neither they got the RCMP Report nor FBI Report. I even sent them the proofs (Shipper's Copies) but they never replied to my E-Mails and Written Letters. This is totally injustice. After getting frustrated, I decided to take my Mother to CHC-Isbd but you are absolutely right, they made us to wait for 1.5hr when we had to attend an interview back in Nov, 2013.
MP says that background check is going on. Do you have any idea that how much time this Background checking process takes? We are total of 5 applicants (1 Principal Applicant and 4 dependent children)

hahahha get your thing stright and if your active on this fourm then you will know why. as now a days mostly your ecas is changed to Desion Made then you get your pp Back in few days now the sererio is why i am asking about desion made is to confirm and have a look at the authenticity of the ''desion made'' myth so if you still have a problem then just live with it as your '' i dont understand :\ '' wot stop my fingures to stop typing

When they say they are doing a background check, does that mean that our files are being looked at?

My MP said that they were doing a background check but when i emailed LVO they said that my file has not been checked by anyone yet.

Notes can tell you what exactly is happening to your file. I do not have much trust on MPs.

Of course everyone is stressed. No Doubt! We all are in the same boat. We should all pray for each other in these last few days of ramadan instead of saying "hold your horses." May Allah speed up the process for EVERYONE and make everything go smoothly, for all who are waiting for their spouses to arrive.. Ameen.
