I send email to London office for confirmation of my file location. I am surprised to see that they replied within an hour and reply was very kind (at least I think.
....

I emailed London office on 4th April to inquire if my file is transferred to London.
After 10 days on 14th april i got their reply as :

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is in response to your enquiry.

Based on the information you provided, your application is not in process at our office in London, UK.

Please contact the visa office where your application was sent with any proof of receipt you may have received regarding this application. We regret that we cannot assist applicants with an application in process at a different visa office. Please contact the Islamabad visa office via islamabad-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca.

But what is their mailing address?? coz my husband filled that form for inquiry almost 15 days ago, but he didnt recieve any response from them .
We ordered notes also and its been over one month we didnt recieve anything from there too.
My husband emailed them again to inquire abt notes also but again nothing.
I did my re medical in december. right now i dont even know wht is happening with my file. its so frustating

My wife had her remedical done in December 2013 the only update we got was her ecase changed to "in process" on March 14.

And our file is still in Islamabad (verified by emailing London).

Other than that no news.

Its good that u have some news abt ur file.. but my e cas still says app recieved and i didnt get any response from london too after so many days..

now i m so confused whether they recieved my remedical or not... as my 2nd medical has not been updated at my ecas..

its so much stressing me out..
