after getting your passport back with visa stamped, within how much time u have to fly to canada?
and secondly is it possible that after someone has his PR card made, can he live outside of canada as much as he want?

It depends upon what is the validity of your visa but it is always advised to travel within 3 months of visa issuance to avoid any kind of inconvenience on the airports.
And about your second question, my mother has the PR and whenever she comes to Her homeland, she first consults her lawyer and she always advised her to stay not more than 4 months as the immigration officers are quite strict now a days and you may face several cross questions and inquiries from them.

Guys dont loose hope! Abhi to humari timeline kuch bhi nahi hai..abhi to 2011-2012 ka topic bhi zinda hai forum pe!


Allah unka pehle karde jo humse bhi pehle k intezaar main bethay hain..ya jo apne spouse se door yahan pareshan bethay hain..khass kar i have seen cases ruksati k baad log apni wives ko susraal main chor jatay hain susraal wale take them for granted... Aur jo husband yahan hain aur canadian susraal ki politics ka shikaar horahe hain... Allah pehle unki mushkilaat ko hal kare! Ameen woh jald az jald apne husband/wife k pass chale jain


Aur mere Allah humain visa tab dena jab tu samajhta ho k humare naseeb main safar behter hai Ameen

yes i agreee with you meryam there are many ppl from 2011 cases still waiting for the response Allah ka shukar at least we have received remedical request..and living a comfortable life in our homes with parents and such a supporting spouses..
