im in canada since 1 year n my husband is in pakistan,i never order gcms notes,im applicant of july 2012,n my husband got additional documents n Pcc request in january 2014.n now we are waiting for remedical n ppr.

wht did they asked in additional documents n pcc is police certificate, rite? Did police certificates expired or u never sent it with the original file?? Ur file is in IsB?

My file is in isb my husband submitted all required documents in mid of January 2014,and since then we are waiting chc isb didn't contact with us again.

My husband finally got here on a TRV BUT now, after calling CIC, we found out that his PR sponsorship file has now been transferred to London office on our 28th MONTH of processing!! WHY?!??!
Still no remed or repcc request...anyone from 2011 have their file transferred to London? Our transfer happened at the end of February 2014.

My husband finally got here on a TRV BUT now, after calling CIC, we found out that his PR sponsorship file has now been transferred to London office on our 28th MONTH of processing!! WHY?!??!
Still no remed or repcc request...anyone from 2011 have their file transferred to London? Our transfer happened at the end of February 2014.

hello, can you please tell me what did u provide to get ur trv approved? i applied in april 2013 and it got rejected.

my husband also came to Canada on TRV but left after 5 months because they gave entry of 6 months but his visa is multiple still he wont come back because once isb asks for Passport to issue visa he will have to go back again to pak to gt his PR visa stamped

Your timeline is exactly the same. Mine is:
Applied Jan 2012
Remedical+PCC+Forms request in Aug 2013
Remedical done in Aug 2013
Submitted PCC+Forms in Sept 2013
Submitted Additional PCC (Country other than Pakistan) in Oct 2013

Hoping mine turns to "In Process" very soon. Your's is husband case?

yes its a husband case and my husband visited me for 5 months on TRV but since january he is in pak, he wants to come back with PR so he can work, study etc

I am also almost in the same boat like you. My wife did her re-med in June 2013 and after that, there is no progress. Contacted my MP too but, they have no power over VO in Islamabad. Next month it will be 32 MONTHS for our file to be in Islamabad. They are really torturing all of us because they are heartless people and don't care about families suffering like all of us here.

I applied for notes and praying to see something good this time.

Please keep us posting if you hear anything before the expiration of you medical.

By the way! Do you know if your file is in Islamabad or Uk?

You could've requested an extension of the visitor record, that way he could stay here while he waited for PR.
Once PPR came, he could go back for obtaining COPR/Visa.

Or you could advise Islamabad that he is in-Canada, and have them send his COPR to Canadian address......then he could've flag-poled at land border with USA

but i heard isb wouldnt send him anythn to canada and he will have to go back to pak to have PR visa issued. what is COPR???
