Yes, i have. There is a link between ppr and these groups. Approx 10 forum members from these groups have similar fates. They group applicants have recieved remeds and all didnt get a reply for ppr. It can be 100% confirmed because ppl who got visa wont back and inform us about their groups to verify if all members who got visa are from this group or not.

My timeline ,activity/ correspondence from CHC - ISB are up to date on my profile , yesterday my wife received a mail package from CHC - ISB that contain our original printed pictures we submitted with application, I dont have the scan copy of the letter attach to package yet based on conversation with my wife in the letter says that we have scanned it and have been attached to your electronic file we dont required the original any more, now based on our time line, Remed + RePCC and additional document request all was requested on June 2013 and have been submitted, I ordered notes for the second time on Nov 2013 in notes Medical was passed and there were no sign of criminality/ admissibility check it was not started the vo comments were positive on marriage and relationship, since June 2013 we are waiting for PPR request but this package came in yesterday, based on this situation what to expect? any other forum member documents have been returned that are waiting for PPR request or have got PPR after this step need some advice or suggestion please? My pryers goes to all of us. thanks.

how in your notes your relationship/marriage is stated as positive ? like is it literally like marriage is positive etc?

btw from what i have seen here its normal they randomly sent back packages timeline is not the only factor :/ but soon u can expect PPR InshALlah

Hello Dear Colorsfading,

in my notes states that the marriage was performed and sponsor was present in marriage ceremony, both couples are from same ethnic background and same religious background the marriage is bona fide, this statement is sound positive.

Yes, even I got a positive note written in by a officer in my gmcs notes section. They wrote not exactly "positive" but if you read it carefully you will understand that they mean "positive". But they wrote for example "All docs asked has been provided, marriage was already determined ok. Fwd file to VO for eligibility dec.

Family day is a statutory holiday here in Ontario Canada, so CPC Mississauga and CPP Ottawa would be closed. It's a day where most private businesses are closed too. I believe CHC Islamabad remains open though since it is in Pakistan.
Family Reunification is what all governments say they are for...getting families together...but they are making everything longer

I wanted to ask fellow 2013 applicants if they have herd of any further progress with their cases?

I ordered my Notes Jan. 26th, but still no response. (I am a Jan 2012 applicant) I am not even positive if my file is in CPC-OTT or CHC-ISB !!!

Hopefully, other members will soon hear a positive response inshAllah.

Please let me know if any 2013 applicants have herd any news for their applications.

Hey CVIMM same thing happeened to me as well i sent some additional profs along with printed pictures n Greetings Cards in october n they sent back all on 7th Jan 2014 along with a letter stated tht they have scanned all my original docs n they dnt need them anymore ! after tht just waiting for ppr since no response from them !

after long processings, i had an interview in march 2012
on some issues (as per they marriage is not genuine) visa refused.

we sent an email to get detailed info and documents back
its almost 2 years now there is no update..

i cant access online case processing with my client id now :/

i just need my documents back...all my original documents are with them.
please help me...guide me.

Walaikum aslam sidra107,

Your husband should contact CPC-M if that's were your application was submitted. That is unfortuante that visa was declined. I feel so bad for you. In Sha Allah will make a way for you.

Was your marriage not genuine or was that a mistake on officer's part?
Also has your husband filed an appeal?

Can't we just scan and email all extra proofs? islamabad-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca?

I'm not too sure rhotaki if you can scan if someone else can answer this q... I would recommend to photocopy documents being submitted and send via mail that way their is a tracking number and you know that they have received it. With email they may not respond to email right away. So their's no knowing if it's been read.

Dear sisters & brothers we know we have been all waiting to receive ( Medical, Re-Medical, Decision Made, Passport Requests ).
Even my family case has been running since January 2008 in Islamabad... 11 Months Since my family did their Medicals in Islamabad IOM office but yet no PPR request ( one month is remaining for medical expiry date ) i am quite sure that my family has to do another Medical test also.
I know all are tired of this frustrated immigration process... but i hope all to accept an additional patient until this process gets finalized finally.

Salam sister, May I ask why you did not appeal this case you only have so many days after they refuse like 30 to 60 days. Or did you appeal this case In Sha Allah.....
