GOD knows what they are doing for so long.
CHC-Islamabad is big pain for Pakistanis. Being Canadian Citizen it is an open insult .
They (insane people) do lucky draw on applications and tease applicants for their own
stupid background checks.....basically no checks............just hold :'( :'(.
If you got PPR then what is taking so long almost one year.......Being Pakistani we can only pray......it is too much.

I know you have contacted and they answered 'Final Review' with "Decision Making Officer" is pending? Is it? Please reply what they say?

We are waiting for PPR for last 9 months and they say to me: 'Final Review' with "Decision Making Officer" is pending? for last six months.
So, pathetic they are openly same answer to MP.....MP cannot force them. GCMS notes says same as well. Please write..if you like.

What should we do now, three months left for re-medical to expire.................someone advise.

What documents they asked you if your wedding was complete.....have they asked you for interview at any point?
These insane have no family concept in their mind.......These Conservative Government is main culprit for this "BS" with Canadian Citizen.
They are making this process so slow......while revisiting whole spouse sponsorship process to save cost .

3. Educational certificates from any government board or university.
They are very insane and ill minded people who know how to waste time in the name of Background checks.

Yes U r right.... If keep aside Us being Pakistani th u ppl r Canadian's thn this is really bad to treat in this insulting way...... U ppl can fight about this....

n yes it does not take too much time for verification also when thy don't consider educational certificates for spouse case thn i think thr should not be any verification regarding education.....!!!

In all this is the most easiest way of Teasing people n thy r doing thr job with full affection n responsibility....

My intentions as soon as this nightmare is over.... is to go to the media and make a big issue about this process for Pakistan. We are all humans and have families. This is causing so many of us unwanted stress.

They don't know how to communicate with us. In Sha Allah when I go to the media they will never forgot my name.

They have caused us all so much pain and stress

Here are three May-2013 Re-Medical so far who applied in Ist quarter of 2012.

It is really sad and frustrating to hear all that. Please write and email to Immigration Minister, Case Processing Centre (CPC) and consult some good Immigration lawyer for which he/she may charge but you should know it. You have well passed 32 months.

I agree that it is Conservative Govt whose main agenda is to bring Cheap and Cheap labor. Family reunification comes last.

May Allah makes things easier for you and all of us.

AOA, ASyed, I applied notes, and received a week ago, but could not find any important information. It was a CD with 198 pages but nothing useful. My, mean my Family's med. is gonna expire next month in March and still did not receive any updates!

Good to know you got re-medial and PPR together finally after so long wait. Congratulations.

But we are waiting for PPR for last 9 months since RE-medial in May-2013.

CHC-Islamabad is playing games to waste time.

Hello Dear Khawaja786 and respected members,

Same here there, its a wife case and re - medical+ PCC and additional document request ( proof on ongoing relationship ) was requested on June 2013 and all was send no response yet, MP inquiry came back with same generic message as usual like other members, by the way its September 2011 application, my wife and I have made soo much duhaa its getting out of control we are in 29th month since the application was submitted, All I can ask for all of US is Ya Allah Rahem Farma. I thought the wife case would be easy since there is not much travel history and no complex background check no idea what they are up to.
