CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2011 -2012

This is what my ecase says.. Hope it helps..

1) We received your application for permanent residence on February 7, 2012.

2) We started processing your application on January 25, 2014.

3)Medical results have been received.

The 2nd point is added recently when my ecase change from application received to in process.

ohhh means thy have different updates for every one as mine updated "In Process" before re-med request....!!

Yeah U r right Brother.......... n thy would be feeling happy by looking at the backlog since 2010 n 2011 that they have irritated so many people n are responsible for our biggest problem...... Thy have No idea that their so called process of checking relationships only get suffered the Genuine relations..... Thy must have changed their criteria of examining from prior checking to after landing n living with spouses.....!!! YA ALLAH HELP ME....!!!

Their process of checking relationship by extending PK waiting time is really Big BS and affecting lots and lots of genuine relations. They really need to do something otherwise, in our hearts it is growing hate for all of them who are sitting in CHC and making all of us suffer like this.

ecas is a unreliable source. I know a friend, who has landed in Canada and his ecas still shows "in process".

it depends on visa officer, if he feels like updating ecas he will, if not you can check all you want. It won't change ever.

First, Is Police certificate should be attest from Foreign Affair office?
Secondly, those who have done their medical test what test sample conducted? and what specific test the require?
Thirdly, how i know that Interview have waived?

Dear,
If you are talking about Re-Police Certificate request from Canadian High Commission Islamabad and you want to get it from Kabul then the procedure is that Once you get Police Certificate from Ministry of Interior Kabul, then you need to take it to Ministry of Foreign Affairs and they will fax it to Afghanistan Embassy Islamabad and will provide you a FAX number through which you can collect it from the Afghan Embassy in Islamabad,

For medical test they take URINE and BLOOD Samples and perform different type of tests like HIV, Tuberculosis, Hepatitis ETC ETC, they also take Chest X-Ray,

Regarding waiver of interview if you get RE-MED request from Canadian High Commission Islamabad, then most probably your interview has been waived or you can order GCMS notes to see if you can find out a part where it mentions that Interview is Waived, there is not other way to find out about it,
