Typical.

My wife received the same thing. Remedical request via email (aug 2013). Call from CHC-I.
Then.....dead silence for six months.
CHC is and will be a mystery.
Worries are over when you land.....

A friend of mine whose case is filed since Aug 2012 to CPC-M just got re-medical request from CHC-Isbd.
Also his wife got a call to submit fresh PCC.
A week ago he was worried about the 32-month timeline...

App filed: Nov 2011
AOR: Jan 2012
Add. documents: Aug 2013

Today CHC ISL returned some pictures to my Wife which we sent in August 2013 and also there was a letter stating that "We have scanned all your documents and we no longer need your original documents so we are returning them to you."

Now the problem is they only returned the pictures which we sent with additional documents in Aug 2013 but they did not return any original documents.....!!

Whts that supposed to mean ?

Hello Guys and Gals!!!,

I have recently submitted my wive's application. I received the File number on December 31st, 2013.

On January 9th, 2014 my e-case status was updated . Under Sponsorship application it was written

" Decision Made" and when u click on this link this is written

"We sent you a letter on January 9, 2014 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us."

Its been 2 weeks and I have not received any letter in mail. Does it take this long to get the letter?

If you have give your e-mail address in the application, they will not mail you anything and instead send you an e-mail regarding any decisions. Check your spam mail.

He said but London VO processing is faster so this is good news

asalaam malikum,

you have to call CIC canada and they will give youa new file number or client id number. they will ask you the necessery info about yourself and then provide you the information to enter online. I had the same problem for about 4 months or so and i finally called them and they gave me anew client id and then it worked.

Wa Salaam,
Laghmani
